Buyer beware..this is a very unprofessional company. I had to repair items or throw away items that were damaged.   The sales representative gave me a quote of about $1500 when the movers got there, the quote went up to $3500. The sales person claimed that he was honest and accurate; however, he did not take down the dimensions of my furniture and calculate costs by cubic feet.   The foreman who was handling my move got mad because I called him and was in another country. He told me to call him when he was up. I thought I was the customer and he was providing a service. The foreman was unprofessional. I would recommend any person doing a move use the Better Business Bureau's recommendations for movers.    .

Please do NOT hire these people! When my husband and I hired them we talked to someone who barely spoke any English and gave us a price we thought was very doable and assured us not once but TWICE it would not hanged unless there was more things than we had originally said. Being in the delivery state I had my brother meet the movers to assure everything would go smoothly. My brother called to tell me that te movers said they were doubling the price because of double the items. We had less than 10 boxes, 1 tv, one dresser with mirror, nightstand, king size bed without headboard or footboard. Not that much at all. And exactly the amount of things we told them we had! When I called to inquire about doubling the original price, the man who again I could hardly understand decided to raise his voice and cuss at me before I told him he needed to tone it down before I spoke with his boss. Magic words: he became very nice and also assured me the price wouldn't change. Weird huh? So 2 days later they contact us to tell us our stuff is in Miami and well be here in key west within 2 days but they increased our price 400$. Didn't argue that because I just wanted my stuff. 2 days no stuff..assured it will be here in another two days. Then we were told our stuff was still in Atlanta due to a broken down truck?! I thought our things already made it to Miami!! Then we were told 2 days..no stuff again assured our things will be here in 2 more days. And they continued that until our stuff finally arrived on exactly the 21st day. They were very rude and frankly full of crap! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!! I would have rather paid a little extra for someone honest and dependable than go this route ever ever again!

I HIRED this company on 9/20/13 and was scheuled a moving date of 9/27/13 I was asked to give a day window. so the move was scheduled from 9/26 or 9/27. I had a quick move to florida and by me being a single female in a new city I didn't want the extra hassle of moving. so I hired a compmay. they didn't require a deposit so it was perfect for me due to the expense coming out of pocket. they quoted me the lowest price.the price I was quoted was 1101. based on a certain amount of cubic feet.
on 9/25(not the dates that we agreed upon) I received a call from the driver telling me that he would be there at 3pm. I informed him that it wasn't the date agreed upon and I wasn't in the state. after much hassle they came on 9/26 at 8am. the people who picked up my equipment were EXCELLENT.. however I didn't know they wouldn't be the ones to deliver.
 
i was told the truck would get ther on sat 9/28/13 however the truck didn't call me until sunday 9/28/13. the driver told me that they would be there between the hours of 4-6. they called me at 615 to inform me they were broke down. im sorry they didn't call me the TEXT me they were broke down. now mind u this is after telling me u were on I-95 and u need directions to my home. I wondered how could I possibly give great directions when I am new to this state. I have to GPS everything..
 
needless to say they arrived at my house after 830pm. it was pitch black DARK. the driver told me he didn't have the equipment to assemble ANYTHING. after lowering my dresser. the screws to my bed were missing. the driver then told me that I could go to HOME DEPOT and buy some screws.. after he just collected the remaining balance of $827!! I was also told that I could put a ad on craigs list and someone will come assemble the furniture for me. this was told to me by one of the movers. he stated they weren't a contracting company so that wasn't there job.
they didn't put my bed together nothing is assembled and everything is still in boxes.  when the initial pickup guy took bed apart he told me that he put the screws in the top drawer when it arrived the driver told me that screws were missing and it was nothing they can do.. and on TOP OF THAT he asked for a TIP!!
on 9/30/13 I called the 18009339098 and talked to the indidual who set up my move. and he told me that was out of his range of expertise. and someone would call me at lunch. wellat 330pm NO ONE had called me!! I called back talked to a manager..ADAM AND MIKE were VERY RUDE rushed me off the phone had me on hold for 45mins twice and told me that the guy who disassembled my furniture will come back and do it. I still had the guys number who disassembled and he stated he wasn't coming because that's not his job.
I CALLED BACK TODAY 10/1/13 AND SPOKE TO MIKE.. I guess they have caller id because soon as I said hello he was like he spoke to me on yesterday and that the guy is coming out.
 
SO NOW IM OUT OF 1900$$ I HAVE A BED NOT PUT TOGETHER AND EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE AND DECOR IS SITTIN ON THE FLOOR WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PUT LIKE IT WAS LEFT. this has been by far the WORSE MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVERY ENCOUNTERED!! DO NOT USE THEM
