We Car Transport

30 days ago I had a costumer sending me $1,500 by mistake on zelle, he called me and asked the money back, what is fair because it's HIS money. In less than 5 minutes he called again just to say "thanks for sending back".

This "business owner" seems more like a criminal because last week my mother got paid from him ($400 from a load) after that she has been trying to send $800 (for diesel, the driver was waiting on it). She sent that money to Wayne by mistake and now he is refusing to send back, insulting us over the phone and hanging up.

Service cost: $800

Contracted and deposit paid on 1/27.  Sent e-mail stating if the car could not be picked up by the evening of the 30th, the seller would be out of town from the 31st until 2/5.  No response.  They dispatched a truck for pick up on the 3rd.  Called and e-mailed advising of the e-mail sent on the 29th, "the seller would not be available until the 5th".  Due to their incompancy I asked to have my deposit refunded.  The owners son, Wayne said absolutey not, as they had dispatched a truck for pick up on the 3rd.  So, I sent him an e-mail with a copy of the one I sent on the 29th.  Still no.  Fortunatly, the seller has been very patient with this whole ordeal.  As of this evening of 2/6/14, 11 days and 9 (business days) after contracting with Webster, they still have no idea when a truck will be available for transportation. They fail to return phone calls or e-mails in a timely manner.  DO NOT waiste your time or money with this company, they are only interested in your money, not your needs. .

I worked with Wayne to transport my car from Iowa to Maine. The price quoted was $850. Wayne posted the job to try to get it done for me at $700 total ($150 to Webster and $550 to the driver). He did post the job at that price but got no bidders. At $850 ($150 to Webster and $700 to the driver) he got the car delivered. Because Maine is a dead end destination, there weren't drivers interested in delivering the car even at that price. Wayne asked me if delivery to Boston would work for me. Boston worked fine and that is where the car was delivered. The driver kept me posted on the pick up and delivery and was impressively conscientious. The car was delivered in good condition, on time, per the original quoted price.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!
This was the worst experience ever!
I spoke with a salesman about reserving a date for my car to be picked up. I had called a few other company's as well and decided to go with this one. I spoke with salesman Lane and he promised that he would personally make sure my car was taken care of. I informed them I had had a bad experience with a broker in the past, and he assured me that my car would be safe. He would personally see to it. If course once they had my deposit they were extremely rude. My car was less then a year old and on the high end. I asked if I could buy a cover and I was told it was not allowed.
When I received my car back it didn't even look like the same car! Thousands in damage!!
I actually thought they stripped it and replaced it with older parts. It was not delivered to the address it was supposed to be and I had to go pick it up. I was told the only time it was available for pick up was in the dark, or it would be another week before I cools get it. I realize this was so the damage was less noticeable. I have called Webster Relocation many times and emailed them with no response. I will be taking them to court.

I made an order with this Wecartransport at 1007 W Main St · Atkins, AR 72823 via online and they promised a pick up for a 1st Avail Date of 06/27/16 .In the order they mentioned that from the 1 st available date within 1-10 business days they will pick up the vehicle. Already 10 days went past and the company is didn't commit on any time frame when they will pick up my car!

Wayne who claims to be the owner of this company, threatened that they have the right to cancel my order if I push this further! They finally agreed to pick up the car on the 16 th business day ( 25 th calendar day) from the available date only when I agreed to pay them 150 dollars more that they agreed in the contract! It seems to me these folks have robbed me at gunpoint, you know what it's like!

I have also been renting car and am incurring huge cost since this company is not able to honor the commitment.
