Long-distance move from Walnut Creek, CA to Pflugerville, TX

Terrible Company

The reservation was initiated on 9/10/2025. The reservation was made and the vendor was attepmting to charge for the initial fee. They indicated they could not because it was not going through. The vendor kept giving a shady response like send the money via Venmo or right to the driver. The contract was sent and signed. On 9/12, we attempted to cancel. The manager said text confirmation of cancellation to a number and hung up. We did and thought that was the end. On 9/17, there were charges from the vendors on the card that we gave them. We called and spoke to 8 different people. Finally got a manager that was yelling that we did not understand the contract. Section 7 stated that you can cancel up to a week before the service. But they still charged my card saying that they had not received a cancellation contract. No one has ever mentioned this nor is this language in the contract. Why did you charge the card if you were unaware of a cancellation? When we tried to get then to send a the cancellation contract, well we still have not received it. We were charged $312 which according to them is the cancellation fee. But according to them we hadnt cancelled. The manager was yelling and saying he had a driver scheduled but the contract said we could cancel up to one week, which we still had two weeks left. They are refusing to refund the $312 and apparently this is common practice with this business. This is a scam company and they need to be investigated. As of this post, it is 10 days prior to the service date. See section 7 of the attached. Yet we have been charged and according to them we had not formally cancelled prior to today.

The manager has called me all day threatening to charge my card even more money if I don’t remove the negative review. He says he’ll refund but only if I remove. Not acknowledging that’s it’s a valid charge at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Was finally given a refund after formally submitting to the Attorney General’s Office.

Great experience with Daniel and Highly Recommended

We have the last minute need to ship a car from east coast to west coast. Daniel from Safe Auto Tracking company contacted me. Daniel quickly was able to quickly locate a driver and explained in detail on how things work. After everything was communicated and contract was electronically signed, Daniel sent over the credentials and related document of transport company to make us aware of who we would actually ship the car. We felt much comfortable to see these details and the insurance they provided. The drivers contacted me quickly to inform me their plan and what I should expect on the pickup day. The drivers were also very professional. They came over to inspect the vehicle with video and pictures. Also, they explained to me in detail of the process. Very transparent and treated their customer well. After the vehicle was delivered, as a follow up to close the loop, Daniel texted me back asking how things were. This is a great working experience!

Quick, Efficient,Professional & Reasonable

I had to get my Infiniti QX60 Towed from Tx to NY, the whole process was very smooth. David was very helpful. The replies were quick when i had a question about any updates during the tow.Would use them again. I Highly Recommend

We shipped our personal vehicle (Honda Civic) from PA to TX. Our agent Jordan Nicholas was professional and honest. He helped us in locating right driver, providing up-to date information. Delivery was quick and as promised. Would definitely use this service in future if needed and recommend to my friends.

Very easy process and fast shipping

Max Rogers was really helpful in explaining everything to me before quickly found me a driver to pick up the car the next day and two days later the car was delivered. Would definitely recommend and come back if I need another move in the future.

Great Service!

Customer service was excellent, Paul kept in contact the entire time. Truck arrived safely less than a week after starting the process! The price was very fair, hundreds of dollars less than other quotes I received. The entire process was very easy. I highly recommend safe auto trucking for auto shipping needs!! These guys are fast and efficient, they had my truck delivered to me 10-12 hours early (UT-AR) and Alex followed up with me in a very professional manner and was super nice about everything I had to say. 10/10 would recommend going through these guys for vehicle transportation. And they only charged $1,000!
