I hired MoveVocity to ship my BMW and Harley Davidson from CA to Texas. I went with Enclosed Service. My shipping agent was Mike and he was super knowledgeable and professional. He created my shipping dates perfectly to meet my time line. The driver was very professional and the equipment used was practically brand new. Great service at a reasonable price. MoveVocity broke promise and screwed me. And lied to me throughout the process. I called them with a very specific timeline for transporting my new car from TX to NY. Mike Figueroa gave me a quote, which was higher than other carriers, BUT he assured me at every step that my car would arrive on time. He told me on a Tuesday that my car would be picked up no later than Thursday. Thursday evening came, and I hadn’t heard a thing from Mike. I had a call him and only then did he say that there was a delay and the car would be picked up on Friday. Friday afternoon came, I still hadn’t heard anything. And now Mike wouldn’t return my texts or even answer my calls. Without ever telling me, they had removed my car from the original transport driver’s schedule, and hadn’t assigned me to a new driver. So all of the assurances made about arrival time were BS and no longer possible to meet. It was all lies. The communication was bad throughout. And in an act of pure cowardice, Mike wouldn’t even tell me all of this directly. He made other people in the office do it. I will go out of my way to tell anyone considering this company to look elsewhere if they care about integrity, communication, or good business practices.
