My 2023 Jeep compass died in New York on vacation from Georgia. Under warranty it was towed to a dealership. Long story short after a month I flew home because Jeep was not repaired yet. After two more months my Jeep was fixed Chrysler said they would transport it to Georgia. After a month and a half of waiting for it I contacted J and S to get my Jeep, that was on December 15 th. I was pleased to hear they would pick it up within 7 to 9 day’s. I was informed the minute they had a driver to bring her home. On December 22 my car arrived home without a scratch on it. Two very professional drivers unloaded it off the car carrier. The whole transaction with J and S was excellent. Professional and understanding personnel all around. I highly recommend if you need a car transported call them, you will not be disappointed!

J&S transportation was fantastic. The set up process was easy, communication was flawless and the delivery time was the cherry on top! I was originally quoted 7-9 days from the pick up date (11/13), not only was it picked up on said date, it was delivered to me the following day!

From the staff who helped me set it up, to the driver who delivered my vehicle, they were all great! everyone was extremely professional, I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely recommend their services!

Transported my 2017 Silverado from the dealer in Oklahoma to my house in Colorado. Every thing went Great. Timely pick up ( they contacted the dealer and worked things out on that end). Showed up at my house a couple of days later, just as scheduled. A pleasant ,professional driver unloaded the truck at my front door and gave me the keys. All in all a good experience. Good communication through the entire process. Always pleasant and ready to answer questions. My son had a truck delivered by the same company a week earlier and had the same positive experience I had. Almost makes me want to shop for another truck.

J & S were terrific to work with. From the initial call to them they handled everything with great communications about everything from where the pick up would be and where the car would be dropped off. Brenda in the office was an extreme help right from the beginning as well as the dispatch personnel. I have transported my car before but I would very highly recommend J @ S Transportation for their best over all service. I will use J & S again

I did a lot of shopping around online and made countless phone calls to different companies before selecting J&S Transport as my final choice. Speaking on the phone with Daniel and asking him all the same questions I had asked several other companies I knew I had found the right fit for my needs based on how thorough he explained each topic keeping everything streamlined and clear. I had gotten different quotes for about same amount or about $500 less, but the other companies said you needed to pay the driver directly upon delivery which reading other companies reviews and BBB that was the #1 red flag the lower quote ends up costing a lot more in the long run because the price quoted by the broker it significantly less than what the driver tells people when delivering the vehicle(s). I definitely wanted a company that could actually guarantee the price quoted and pay them and not the driver upon delivery. J&S Transport provided my quote that was good for 10 days and then when I called back a few days later to book my reservation they keep me up to date the entire process from locating the driver quickly, providing me their contact info, sending me a prep list to get my 2 cars ready for shipment, provided the scheduled date and estimated time frame, updated me when the driver was 30 mins away, checked in with me after my cars were picked up successfully, billed my card for the final payment with the agreed amount, updated me on the delivery date and then the time frame so my cousin could sign off on my cars once delivered all the way from California to Florida! My cousin confirmed no extra miles were driven on either of my vehicles and took photos and video sending them to me this morning while I was at work and I am still amazed it only took 4 days from pick up to drop off!! I was definitely nervous until my cars were received by my cousin and I will be flying out tomorrow and delighted to know my cars are already there waiting for me since I figured they would be delivered once I was there but I let them know a family member could be present to sign off for them hence why they selected the perfect driver to accommodate my flexibility. J&S Transport definitely works with you on your special circumstances and the more flexible you can be the faster and easier the process went for me, personally but I have no doubt they would have done everything possible if I didn’t have someone I knew that could receive them to ensure the timing was good! My in-laws and also my sister and her husband need their 4 vehicles shipped later this summer to Florida to join us there so I am excited to share with them how smooth and wonderful my experience was so they can book theirs next!
