This was a great experience, I went into their office and they explained the process to me step by step. I had my vehicle picked up In Miami the next day and it was deliverd to my son in California the following week. The vehicle was delivered without a single scratch and they honored the price. When transporting that is all I like for and that's what these guys delivered. You would be surprised how many other companies have let me down with these basic simple things. Customer service is on point at Dynamic, thanks again guys.

NO DEPOSIT AHEAD OF TIME IS JUST A PLOY

Car was planned for pick up 11/24, then 25, then 26th, then we had to change flights (hidden cost #1 $200 flight change fee) then we had to get a hotel (#2 $165 - two more nights as the car wasn’t pick up until 12/28th) .. The carrier RTN123 held on to the car until I tracked it via ONSTAR about 14 days later to learn that the VEHICLE WAS STILL IN CALIFORNIA sitting on a broken down trailer stuck in a remote town abandoned in Vernon, CA with 7 other vehicles.

No one answered any calls (Ross of Dynamic was only the broker and answered most of the time from his cell phone..) but EVERY BIT OF THE RECOVERY WAS DONE BY ME no one worked to help. $199 was collected on my AmEx card on 12/27/18 by Dynamic Auto Movers and they were done with their part. I was told that we would pay $1000 at the time of delivery. However with the delays I was told he had negotiated a reduced price down to $900 at the time of delivery.

Expected delivery was for December 7, however around December 11 we had the need for using a rental car daily ( hidden cost #3 $31/day).

The Vehicle finally showed up on December 23 By a company called Phoenix Freight US DOT # 2630808 MC# 915555 email address Phoenixfreightinc@Gmail.com and the driver spoke absolutely zero english and pretended To only know the additional cost needed of around $1150!! (hidden cost #4 I was told that my vehicle was actually over weight due to a small keyboard in the backseat and two bed pillows!! $250) The owner notified the driver to pull away and not leave me with my vehicle unless I gave them the cash. I had to contact the state police and again report my vehicle as being stolen And I provided the vehicle number and followed The carrier until he was willing to unload my vehicle for $900.

My car was delivered with additional damage on the lower panel and two of four tires with significantly less tire pressure likely due to being abandoned for greater than two weeks open to the elements. It was dirty with dirt almost impossible to remove with routine washing, and I am planning to have a full detail on the outside of the vehicle at the tune of $199 (hidden cost #5).

Dynamic AutoMovers was not honest with me about the total of three different carriers that they had to move my vehicle through and the final carrier was not the initial carrier that broke down and abandoned my vehicle.

The poor driver was caught between his employer and a very unsatisfied customer and he spoke no english. I will never use any of the companies listed above ever again and they go on my long list of auto transport brokers including Autotransport123.. I move my vehicle frequently and I am destined to find the best company for my business. He will not be any of the businesses listed above and I am interested in finding a way to get rid of the middle broker as they have no commitment whatsoever to the customer After we paid the deposit.

American Express .. this looks like a job for you!

I transported a vehicle with this company and I actually had no problem ! The driver did mention he was a few hours delayed, however Daniel at Dynamic communicated with me. Dynamic Auto Movers did a great job being honest and staying involved during the whole transaction. I would recommend Dynamic because I’ve used many different companies and very few keep their word. I noticed that Dynamic did not guarantee dates to me but in fact rushed the driver to reach my deadlines. All expectations were met I do recommend them!

Move size: Office Move Service cost: $690

This isn’t my first time trying to move a car, but the last time I did it was years ago and I did t have any of that info saved. I submitted my info online again and saw an email from Justin at Dynamic Auto Movers. I really like that they didn’t need my credit card upfront and his price was competitive with the others, so I gave him a call and had m car picked up the next day. Overall everything was very transparent and professional, I would recommend to anyone trying to ship cross country.

I've a bad experience with these guys. Simon was very persistent after I request a Quote and followup with me several times (over phone, txt and mail). After I approved the quote/invoice to move my car from Philly to Phoenix..problems started. The original drivers/move company they hired bailed out and the day they're supposed to pickup the car (Tuesday) I got a new name and a new quote (adding $150 to my original one..justifying it will be now a 2 drivers team to get the car delivered in ~3 days. After telling the person who was delivering the car for me 4 (four!) times a specific time for pickup and not showing up (yes..this means they range of 2 hrs was never full filled 4 times) the car was finally picked up on Thursday 9 pm. After that..I had to followup with at least 8 txt and 4 calls to find how who has my car. The "Driver" # they provided was another dispatcher who didn't provide any information on delivery. Finally I was able to communicate with the driver on Saturday who promised the car delivered by Sunday..then Monday..then Tuesday. On Tuesday I had a call with "Eddy" who didn't want to provide his last name who put it on hold 5 times for a total of 47 mins in wait time..to just explain this was "logistics..so is not exact". Really? In the era of Google Maps and 100s of apps you can;t tell me where the car is or when will it be delivered? Finally on Wed. I got a txt at 9:15 am from the driver asking me to receive the car at 10:00 am. So..$1090 and 9 days later from original time of pick up..I've my car.

Telephone and email communications were excellent from 1st point of contact to time of delivery. The only issue is that my tank was on "F" upon pickup but was under 1/2 full upon delivery. I spoke to my daughter who informed that neither she nor her husband had driven the suv. The Dynamic Auto Movers staff member did initiate a courtesy call to request if he could drive my vehicle from a destination due to concerns about damage to a new vehicle in transport with my suv. I am not certain how many miles were driven but either the suv was driven further than I thought, or the gas mysteriously evaporated.

These guys did a flawless job on my 2020 Corvette. This is definetely my prized posession and wouldn't trust anyone else with this. They moved my car from Los Angeles to Orlando for $875.00. This was defientely the best price I had gotten. I really do recommend using these guys..I've used others who are more expensive and their is ALWAYS a problem. I don't know about the other reviews that talk about moving apartments. I was under the impression these guys only move vehicles.

These guys contacted me almost immediately and were very well priced. I had a GMC 2500 transported from Wisconsin to Central Texas. We followed up a few times and when I told them the truck was ready they were literally there in a day or two hooked up loaded up and ready to roll. They actually were here delivering the truck to me about a day ahead of time. My only problem was communication with the driver who spoke zero English so it took a few times around the block before I could flag him down that night lol. But that is my problem not learning another language to communicate! Never knock a hard working man! These guys were Johnny On The Spot from start to finish! I would use them again 1000%!
