Long-distance move from Portland, OR to Clinton Corners, NY

Payment issue

We do not recommend work with Cars Hauler. We have transported a car for them and they been giving us a run around for a month regarding payment for this job. Do not use this company, chances are , you will not get paid as well

Long-distance move from San Ramon, CA to Sparks, NV

Cars Hauler does not protect their customers

I hired Cars Hauler to ship a motorcycle from San Ramon, CA to Reno, NV. The contractor they hired damaged it during shipping, tried to double dip on the payment, and now denies that he even picked it up and delivered it, leaving me with the bill to repair it. Cars Hauler had nothing in place to protect me, their customer, from a dishonest shipper and is not willing to step up to the plate and make things right with their customer. I would NEVER recommend anyone use them in the future. They only refunded me a portion of the shipping cost.

Long-distance move from Corpus Christi, TX to Saint Louis, MO

No Hassle & Good Customer Service

Shipped my truck multiple states away for a move. All staff were friendly, process was relatively smooth and the driver was professional. I did get multiple calls about the same issue but that was mostly my fault for having to update the delivery address last minute. Would use again.
