Autoline Transport

This is a real review. A lot of those "GOOD" reviews are fake. If you are thinking about using this company to transport your car, DON'T!! BIG mistake!! My husband and I put down $400 deposit to ship our 2 cars from upstate NY to WA 1 month before our shipping date (12/22/2018). Our cars were still in my in-laws driveway until 1/14/2019. This company will NEVER call you back themselves to let you know that they CAN'T make the delivery. They just took our money without giving us a real answer about when the cars will be picked up. Every time we called we get this HEIDI girl and never Christina. I don't even know if this is a real company. It sure is fishy. In the end my husband and I went to another company after 1 month of calling them without getting anywhere. Ohhhhhh and the best part is they will SCREEN your call as well if they don't want to take your phone call. We have to call them from different phones every time. TODAY is 1/27/2019 and we still haven't got our deposit back!! They are dishonest and irresponsible people/business. Don't trust them with your cars. This experience is a nightmare!! Christina /Heidi if you are reading this review PLEASE refund our $400 that you took last year! Here if the order # 273707-VL!

  Autoline is by far one of the BEST moving services I've ever utilized. I don't know about anyone else but I am horrible at driving a gigantic u-haul truck . What I am even worse at it driving a gigantic u-haul truck that is pulling my vehicle on another long trailer behind me! My uncle suggested I call autoline transport (he used them before) but I was worried it would be too expensive or that they'd end up damaging my car. Heidi was awesome, she walked me through the whole process, my order wasn't billed until my car arrived at my new home in CA. They showed up when they said they would, loaded up my car and four days later is arrived completely unscathed at my home. I could not be happier. If you need a vehicle, boat, motorcycle or whatever moved for you call these guys! They are incredible professional and completely wroth the money!

I felt Heidi did not take my concerns seriously when I told her our date for pick up and we still had no transport service lined up two days before. She "finally' found a service: OMV Transport Inc, but it would cost extra.Go figure! Our car was to be delivered on 11/11/13. It is 11/20/13 and we still do not have our car. Do not use OMV Transport either! Heidi said they would give me a refund of $100,, and that I can pay the driver $100 less. How am I supposed to do that when I have to use a cashier's check that is already made out to the driving service for the original amount? And guess what? She clocked out before we could resolve this issue. I asked her to call me and she sent me an email! and then left for the day without resolving how I am going to get a refund. Totally unprofessional. am filing complaint with the BBB.

This is the third time that I have used Autoline Transport.  The first two times were from California to New York and back again (I move around a lot for work).  I heard about them locally at the time, and then while I was living in New York I had another friend refer them for my Florida move!  Of course I booked them because I’ve now had them deliver four cars over 7,000 miles – perfect every time!  I recommend this company to anyone who needs their car transported around the country.  They are always on time, cheap and most importantly, drama free.

After doing some googling about reputable auto-transport companies, I came across Autoline transport's website and gave it a shot. I'm glad I did as I couldn't have imagined a more straightforward, reasonably priced and professional company to handle my beloved wheels across the country. Setting everything up was a breeze and once the pickup date arrived, everything happened exactly as promised. Safely and on time. I can't imagine anyone doing the job better than they did. So I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs an auto transport service.

As many other customers I was nervous about shipping my car from California to New York.  I was reading transport reviews and other sites, and agree the transport industry is definitely interesting to say the least.  I had contacted a few companies, posted on a few other sites and shipping forums (nightmare spam of calls and emails!), and read reviews from some many companies and people having issues. I am glad I saw the great ratings and had great customer service with the poeple from Autoline Transport!! Heidi was great to work with. The quote I received was awesome, so I was happy with it.  The great service was something to remember in my case. The car arrived in 8 days instead of 9 and in great shape, which is what I expected. I highly recommend the company, to anyone looking for a reliable car transport company.  I will very likely use them again, thanks!

I called various companies to transport my 2010 Honda Accord from Dallas, to Anaheim CA, and settled on Autoline after speaking with Heidi.  I was very comfortable with the way they conduct business.  While other companies required a deposit of $150 or more upfront, Autoline Transport does not charge a deposit or even ask for a credit card until they have you booked with a carrier and the pickup and delivery dates are set in place.  I liked the no risk obligation this company offered, and I decided to give them a try because I had nothing to lose.  Sure enough they did excatly as promised.  When the driver was scheduled, I recieved an email booking request, and I paid my deposit of $175 using the link provided in the email.  After I paid the deposit, my order was dispatched and I recieved another email with the carriers name and phone number.  From then on out the process was even easier.  The carrier assigned was Elite Auto Transport, and they were also very good.  They called ahead of time to schedule the pickup and delivery dates, and kept me up to date during the transport.  My car was transported in 4 days from TX to CA! I was very impressed with both Autoline and Elite.  Shipping my car proved to be much easier than I had anticiapted, and I will call them again in the furture.  .

Autoline Transport is one of the most helpful and convenient moving companies I have ever worked with. They were reliable, and delivered in just 5 days! That was far quicker than I expected. Other companies I have used in the past have taken much longer. The best part was that it only cost $774 for me to travel from California to Illinois. That’s a price that you simply cannot beat. It was a big relief to have such a wonderful business to work with to make this move easy. I was very impressed with the service that I received, and will definitely be using Autoline Transport again.

Compared to the other company we initially contacted Autoline Transport was a breath of fresh air. For those of you reading this review, please note that this company came through on all their promises to me.


Christina was professional kind, and easy to talk to. She was honest with us about the timeframe for pickup. She told us will take longer to book our car because it went to a remote area in Florida. Anyway, the service was as expected, super convenient and fast once the car was picked up by the carrier.


Bottom Line: I'd recommend them wholeheartedly especially having been through the process myself.

Heidi from Autoline Transport was very responsive during the whole process of getting my car shipped from Baltimore to Los Angeles. She kindly answered all my questions and tried to help me figure the logistics of the delivery time. I was flying out on the 29th of June and wanted it delivered as close as possible to the 30th. I didn't want to be without a car for very long. So to make a long story short, Heidi was able to get a carrier for me that was able to deliver my car on the 30th. Although she could not guarantee the delivery time, she still made it happen for me and I couldn't be more pleased.

I recently moved my mother from Washington to California, where I live. We had no idea how we were going to get her Honda here as well, since she was going to be flying out. I contacted Autoline Transport and our worries were over! Christina help us through every bit of the process, she made it super easy and stress free. My mom's car made it here in pristine condition and in record time. I was extremely impressed with how professional and accommodating they were. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to transport their vehicle across state lines. Ask for Christina she is wonderful!

I love my car more than life so I made sure to do my research before picking a company to trust with it. Autoline transport was recommended to me by a good friend and the reviews I read were fantastic so I gave them a shot and was not disappointed! 
 
First of all, the price was absolutely fantastic! Pickup and delivery was on time and hassle free. Support was also very friendly and knowledgeable, so I got all my questions answered very quickly.
 
Definitely happy with the experience and plan to use Autoline Transport in the future.

When I first decided to go with Autoline as my choice to deliver my car, as most vehicle owners are, I was pretty nervous. My car is my baby and to trust someone else with it is a big thing. 
I read plenty of reviews and did plenty of research and Autoline did not disappoint! Pick up was hassle free, and delivery was right on time. My car was secured tightly and the customer service was a great touch to ease the nerves.
I would highly recommend Autoline to anyone looking to get their vehicle to the next place safe and cheap. I couldn't believe the value I got for the price!

I recently bought a car when visiting in California and needed it shipped to my home in Florida, I contacted Autoline Transport, and set things up. Mike was very honest and professional, he gave a quote so I could shop around but I ultimately chose Autoline because of their history of great customer satisfaction and service. I can't mark that the car arrived dirty, because, well I chose to ship it cross country on an open truck, so that would be stupid to blame on the company. Great service, friendly workers, overall awesome company! Highly recommend.

Autoline Transport was incredible and made moving our car to our new home easy. They have resonable prices and great customer service! I WILL do business with them again. My father suggested I call autoline transport (he used them before) but I was worried it would be too expensive or that they'd end up damaging my car. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to California at an affordable rate. I decided to go with Autoline Transport. I thank God I did!  It only cost me $800 to have my vehicle shipped across the country. This company is very professional.  Heidie assured me that pickup and delivery would be on time and that I had nothing to worry about.  Indeed, the delivery was on time and my car was in perfect condition, the way I left it!  I trust this company and would recommend them to anyone in need of auto transport services.
