Great Experience!!!

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews here. My experience was the complete opposite. I had my car transported from Maine to Arizona and everything went perfectly. Chris, the owner, was personally involved and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The car arrived exactly as expected and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you need a reliable company to transport your car, I definitely recommend these guys. Great service from start to finish.

Avoid this one

We have used Arizona Auto Relocation on several occasions with no problems. This year (2024) our car arrived with undercarriage and body damage. The owner of the company offered to haul the car to Pennsylvania, have it repaired and return in 24 hours. We decided to cut our losses and have the repairs done ourselves. We gave the owner an opportunity to "make it right" and work with us but he has not responded to our numerous phone and text messages. The drivers (Wayne and Joe) are great but the owner should probably find another line of work, based on all the negative reviews here.

"El Mirage" is the price quote

I ship my vehicle seasonally twice a year, to and home. I call a dispatcher who arranges for the pick up and the price has always been $1200 each way FOR THIS EXACT VEHICLE. This year it was $1400. Considering all thats going on and inflation, etc. I figured that was fine. Had my vehicle set for pick up the day before I was to fly out. Now the driver shows up, starts hemming and hawwing about the vehicle, "modifications", won't fit, etc. But for another $400 it would fit. ?? I'm stuck, I have plane tickets to someplace I have to be tomorrow. There's no time to arrange another transport. I live where like myself, a lot of residents ship their vehicles to various parts of the country for half a year. I'll be telling as many as I can to avoid Arizona Auto Relocation. Talk about highway robbery.

Bad Business.

This company transported my car from MA to AZ. For starters, they picked up my car 3 days late as well as delivered it 2 days later than was told/promised! Second, my car was delivered damaged: rear spoiler with 3rd brake light off my car. Of course they have no idea how it happened. I was told it wasn't there when they picked it up (I have pictures from the day it was picked up). The owner did offer to buy the part vs me putting in a claim. All that was purchased was the spoiler. I had to purchase the brake light as well as pay for the labor to have it put on. Third: they took/used my toll transponder on the trip. The transponder was hidden in the car seat between material and the plastic and was not there when the car was delivered. I checked my statement and sure enough, it was used! I do not recommend them to anyone! Please do lots of research before choosing a transportation company!!

Avoid at all cost.

This is one of the most unprofessional moving companies I have ever dealt with. They picked up my car 4 days late and delivered it 3 days later than anticipated delivery. They also scratched and damaged my car and have not responded to me in over a month. When I called they said they did not receive any emails (even though I used the one on the bill of lading they provided). They have avoided and lied to me from day one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Vehicle.

This is the sorryest excuse for a business that I have ever dealt with, Auto Transport 123 assigned AZ Auto Relocation to pick up my Dodge Viper, I tried calling AZ Relocation for 2 days, got recording, left messages, nobody returned my calls, finally got ahold of a driver, he informed me that AZ Relocation is going out of business and there is nobody in the office, this is the 3rd day and my car was supposed to be picked up today at the latest, it is going on 5PM and nobody has heard from the driver and nobody can get ahold of him. I would sure like to get my hands on the SOB that runs this good for NOTHING so called business.

Vehicle transport..mass. to az.

I would thoroughly research any vehicle transport company. Hard to do, when you put your trust into a company, thinking all will be fine, and think that you have done the research to pick the right company. The lack of communication, from the broker to the carrier was poor. My vehicle was picked up 3 days late, and not delivered when promised. This lead to a lot of re-scheduling, and missed appointments. My vehicle was damaged, and still trying to settle. I could not believe the lack of responsibility and professionalism on the part of this company. I can only recommend to research in advance, any vehicle transport company from the broker to the carrier if in need of this type of service.

Long-distance move from Norwalk, CT to Phoenix, AZ

Unprofessional.

Was assigned to have Arizona Auto Relocation to pick up 2 vehicles on 1/27/18 (so I thought). I called multiple times on the date to try and confirm pick up and did not get a response back until the next day 1/28 at 3pm that they were coming on 1/29/18 in the late morning, possibly afternoon. I felt it unacceptable to be informed that they were going to pick up 2 days after the scheduled date. The driver I spoke to was fine , but the dispatcher/manager I spoke proceeded to state that I had a problem and that I didn’t understand the business.

He informed me that the date of pick up is not a date but there is a window from the date of 2 days. I said well that is great, but I wanted to give them a chance but didn’t want to trust him with my vehicles because of his poor communication skills and poor reviews. He then proceeded to insult me and told me I don’t need your cars, etc etc.

I informed him that granted I don’t “know the business “ but it is your job to inform the customer that your service will be provided as such and to apologize for any inconvenience. He proceeded to go on with his unprofessional customer service. I had no problem that they were going to come 2 days later if only they let me know. I just wanted to know with reasonable anticipation and to be treated with respect.

I would never work with or recommend this company.

The Absolute Worst Company Total Liars!!

-3 STARS-Vehicle picked up on 1/25 and was scheduled to be delivered 1/31. Actually delivered on 2/21 (ONE MONTH LATER). We had to send a POLICE OFFICER to their place of business (which is someone's house) because we thought they STOLE our vehicle.
They never answered our calls and when we did hear from them they lied telling us it would be delivered by noon or in one more day (this went on for 3 WEEKS). Story changed daily. FINALLY when vehicle was delivered it had been spray painted and bumper was dented. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!! Worse experience with transportation company EVER!!

The absolute worst!!

Can I give ZERO starts? Shipped 2 vehicles due to job relo and both cars were 10 days late and showed up damaged. One car now makes a banging sound when you turn and the other was covered with this white wax substitute and had a huge scratch down the side. Driver was super late and offered to drop off at night and I said I wanted to take delivery in the light. So he showed up the next day at 11:30pm!! Again super dark and when I called the office Chris about the damage he was super upset I called so late, so I guess it’s ok for you to have my cars delivered at midnight but I shouldn’t call you at 10pm AZ time.

2016 charger hellcat.

Used a broker to arrange shipping of my car from Florida to Ct. I setup on Friday and was told Saturday or Sunday pickup. Driver picked up Sunday and called me Monday to let me know he was on his way. Couple days went by and was told truck broke down, I was worried at first but I was given a pic and both the driver and owner let me know exactly what was going on and eased my mind. Car came a few days later. Driver was really cool talked to him while unloading my car and as he re loaded his trailer. He was smart, he took time stamped pics of my car at the dealership, even though the dealership tried to rush him out. Come to find out the dealer lied about certain scratches and he really hooked me up by taking the pics. I strongly suggest this company. If I ever transport a car again, I will use them for sure.

Horrible.

I would leave zero stars. Car was 2 days late, couldn’t get a hold of the driver. And when he called to say my car would be delivered, the driver said I had to pay them for the car (when it was already paid to Direct Connect) THE OWNER, CHRIS, IS A HORRIBLE MEAN MAN TO DEAL WITH. Doesn’t care about his customer service at all. ENJOY YOUR KARMA CHRIS.

EZ-Pass from NY to TX.

I called both the dispatcher, Chris and the driver, Joe for help. I was already in San Angelo when my car was picked up in The Bronx.

My EZPass was displayed, and was therefore debited ~$100 while it was being shipped (my fault). EZ Pass was willing to refund the charges if the shipping company would provide their toll statement for comparison for double toll payment.

Before hanging up the phone, abruptly ending the call, Chris was more willing to express his 19 years of experience and that I should go to Ez Pass. I tried slowing down the conversation let him know I had called EZ Pass, twice, and emailed EZ Pass, and that EZ Pass is adamant about the toll payment history from the shipping company.

I even left a message with Joe, the driver, appealing to him for assistance.

The vehicle was not timely delivered, on time, nor did the driver ever respond to my phone calls or text messages.

Long-distance move from Louisville, KY to El Paso, TX

Unethical company.

I bought a Mercedes AMG GT from Louisville to have it transported to El Paso, TX. Everything was fine until I receive the vehicle 4 days late. there were multiple damages to the whole front end of my car, estimate repair cost to be around 2.4K. UT123 pretty much told me that it is my problem with the transport company.

When I receive the vehicle, I saw the damages and show it to the two drivers and they try to settle it on the spot with the 800$ they charge me for shipping. I said no as I have to go through insurance because it will cost a lot more to repair. They told me to go ahead a put the claim in with Arizona Transport LLC insurance. Today, the insurance call me back and said there was no damage when they dropped off. Pretty much they lie about it to get out of liability.

The only thing I want to let everyone know is to not use UT123 as they are no help if your vehicle is damaged and the company they chose to transport your vehicle is unethical at best.

Karma will catch up to them.

Long-distance move from Arizona to Maine

Arizona Auto Relocation, El Mirage, AZ

I needed my 2019 Honda Pilot moved from Goodyear, Az to Hermon, Me. Arizona Auto Relocation was the transporter that the broker, FrancisGO Auto Transport had arranged after I had signed a contract.

My car was picked up on 4/28/20 on the correct date. While sitting in the parking lot waiting for the truck I took a picture of my odometer as well as the exterior and interior of my car.

The truck came and the driver was going to loaded it on the truck so I left. I heard nothing until the 10th of May when I was told to meet the driver in the parking lot of a truck stop a few miles from my home near I-95. The truck was in New Jersey and the driver wanted me to meet him in the lot of the truck stop On May 10th around 12. I told him he would never make it by 12 and I would be waiting for his call but expected to see him between 2 and 3. When I got to the truck stop at 2:30 after his call the car was parked in a space backed in to the space. I walked over to the car and started looking at it when the driver kept holding out the papers. I kept looking over the car and signed them as I didn't see any damage but he was hurrying me. This was my first time shipping a car so I never thought to look at the odometer at that time. I gave the driver a $100 tip as I know it is a long trip to Maine and he had told me the night before that my car was the only one left on his transporter. When I got in my car to drive it home something didn't seem right, not enough gas and the odometer was not right. The car was new last fall so it had 9062 miles on it when I took the picture in Goodyear and now there was a 4 where the zero should be. I immediately pulled over and took a picture of the odometer. when I got home I called Chris, the dispatcher. I left a message that I wasn't happy about the fact that his drivers had driven my car 356 miles. I also called the drivers and was really upset with them but they didn't answer either. Chris called me back and called me a liar but when I told him I had pictures of the odometers taken when it left and a couple of miles after I picked it up he still blamed me for the 356 miles. Don't know why because I obviously didn't have the car, his drivers had it. My suspicion was they had driven my car on the road some or all of the trip to Maine, the distance was about right but Chris loudly disagreed with that and told me I was just looking for something to complain about. (He said he had GPS readings for where the truck was located and I told him that I had a chart plotter and GPS on our sailboat and that that didn't mean anything just need the device with you, not the truck.) When I told him I had just given his drivers a $100 tip so why would I do this just to complain he just didn't have an answer and told me to take it up with his drivers. They had called me back and said they didn't drive the car that 356 miles ...so I guess they want me to believe they towed it? Wish I had found this page before I let them take my car, didn't know what a terrible company they are. Chris finally, begrudgingly apologized but still wouldn't admit his drivers had used my car for their cross country transport or had driven part of the trip. Don't know what redress I have other than I did this through the USHIP app so maybe neither one of these companies will approved for use again. Be warned, they will lie and accuse you of driving your car while it is on their truck. Beware also that you may get them through a broker inadvertently.

Professional and knowledgeable

The crew who picked up our vehicle were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very communicative and patient. We are very pleased with this crew and their service. We were not at the drop off location but was informed that they lived up to their reputation and our vehicle was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in. No damage!

I would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate a vehicle, running or not, to AZ. Shipped from RI to AZ in less than 7 days.
