Long-distance move from Illinois to Texas

Damage My Mercedes Benz.

Transported my Mercedes Benz from Illinois to Texas upon the receiving my Mercedes I had three deep dents and deep scratches on the roof of the car due to the chains that hold the vehicle fell on the roof of my car. I contacted Samuel (SAMUEL AMPONSAH) the owner of the company about the damages to my Mercedes he assured me that the damages would be paid for he than asked me
to acquire the estimate to have it repaired I sent him the estimate from the body shop, I was told it was expensive so I than located another body shop further away from where I live that gave me a cheeper quote. I sent the second estimate I was told by Samuel that the second estimate was better, he went on to tell me he would need another week and a half to pay for the damages because he did not have the money right now to take care of the damages. I waited the week and a half for him to acquire the money needed to pay for the damages. Samuel has a lady (Jamilla) that handles all of the finance that takes place with his business SHE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY VERY RUDE AND VERY ARROGANT NOT KIND YELLED AT ME STATING THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS! SHE DID NOT AGREE ON SENDING ME THE PAYMENT FOR THE DAMAGES. I waited on them to get their funds together to pay for the repairs of the damages done to my car they have not paid for the damages for my car as of yet. I tried to work with this company Amps Trucking LLC in Bolingbrook IL but this company is abosoluty horrible to work with I waited on them to pay for the damages and after a long waiting period I had to endure a horrifying experience to get my car damages paid for and yet to be repaired.
I spoke with Jamilla about paying for the damages and the way and manner she spoke to me you would think I was the criminal in this matter. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE with having my car transported I have had six cars transported from other transporting companies and have never ever experience anything like the service I have receive from AMPS TRUCKING LLC in Illinois.
WARNING!! IF YOU RECEIVE A CONTRACT WITH AMPS TRUCKING LLC IN BOLINGBROOK ILLINOIS. You are dealing with a very unprofessional company.
