I contracted to have my car moved over a month in advance. I even referred another customer to them which moved their car with them.

They never picked up the car. I called and after being on hold for a long time and getting transferred around I was told, "the truck broke down". I spoke to so many people at the company that I lost count. I was told they didn't know when it would get picked up. "Could be 2 minutes, could be 5 days. We just have no way of knowing." Very reassuring.

I called several times during the next week when I was told that coincidentally the other shipper they were going to used had "the truck break down." Even the salesman for this company told me that the shippers lie about things like that all the time and he didn't believe it. Not once did someone call me during this entire process.

About ten days later I was told that they had found another shipper but it would be $175 more. They agreed to refund $50 of my deposit if I used them. I was so desperate I said fine. They never showed up either. Again no one called me. I spent hours on phone calls to them. I finally told them to forget it and refund my deposit and the person on the phone, one of many I dealt with, said they couldn't do that.

I was eventually transferred to the salesman I dealt with and he said he would refund the other $100 but they had found another shipper who would be there in a few days but wanted another $1000.00. I said no. I was done. Two and a half weeks from the time of the initial pick up had already gone by. Fortunately, I found someone locally who would do this for me for minimal costs. My deposit was refunded but obviously this is not a company I would count on.
