Best Ever!

I can't say enough good things about this moving company! Having moved several times in the past, I've never been more impressed with the quality of the team, service, packing, or move than I was with Zephyr. Michael came out the same day to provide a quote which was reasonable and affordable. The crew arrived on time and individually introduced themselves to me. They were all so professional and friendly. They immediately went to work wrapping furniture and packing boxes at incredible speed but with the utmost care for our items. Throughout the day it started to feel like we'd known them for years and not just hours as we got to know them. Upon moving everything into our new home, they took the time to set everything up from the rugs to resembling the tables. They even offered to hang stuff up in the closet! They took care of us and our home/belongings like family would. While I hope to not move again anytime soon they will be the ONLY company we use if we have to.

$400 disappeared; dishonest, damaged our home.

Mike has still chosen to do nothing about the missing money or damage. They also went way, way over their estimate. Horrible experience. Stay far away.

Local Move.

We used Zephyr Moving in 2016 for a move from Dacula to Loganville, GA. Michael Potts was courteous and trustworthy. He quoted our move - which was very affordable. The crew arrived on time and work throughout the day into the evening. We had a very large outdoor kitchen which the guys worked together to put on the truck without causing damage to it. We were very impressed and happy with Zephyr, so much we're moving to Florida and are having them quote this move as well. I strongly recommend Zephyr Moving & Storage.

Damaged items, no compensation.

We hired Mr. Potts and his crew after receiving a great bid and recommendations from friends who had used their company. We paid our deposit, but then our credit card was charged four extra times for a total overage of almost $20, 000 before any services even began. We contacted Mr. Potts to rectify the charges but he didn't reverse the charges as he stated that he would. When the crew came to pack they didn't have the needed materials or crew members. It took two days longer than originally quoted. We were very understanding and flexible. Finally our items arrived at our new location very, very late and they unpacked until midnight. So many items were broken and damaged. Many of these were noted by the foreman. Due to the credit card charges, we were forced to dispute the charges. We have, on multiple occasions, requested payment for damages and have not been able to recover those. Our move was in July 2018. DO NOT USE THIS SHADY SUBPAR MOVING COMPANY.

Zephyr moving company did an outstanding job on our recent move. They wrapped each piece of furniture with care. They were respectful and very hard working. I highly recommend Zephyr moving company!!

Can't say enough about Michael's company and team. Moved us into storage at his facility and into our new home. Great rates and customer service.

Spring Cleaning.

The team was great. They removed items I no longer wanted and took them to a donation drop off. Also moved large items inside the house. On time, hard working and extremely courteous. I will be a repeat customer.

Unbelievable!

These guys have moved our belongings twice now. They show up on time, work hard, respect your items and have fun while doing it with ZERO damage to house or belongings. After a DISASTROUS moving experience with Coleman Allied, we were so delighted to use this company for our subsequent move needs.

Excellent Moving Experience!

I cannot say enough good about Zephyr moving and our experience with them! Michael (owner) sent an incredible team-- Cyrus, Stanley, Patrick and Larryn were fast, efficient and professional. Not one thing was broken even though they were extremely fast! I highly recommend them for efficiency, affordability and responsible.

Movers.

Prompt, friendly and professional service. 3 guys and a large sized box truck. Moved a 5 bedroom house in 2 hours on one trip. I highly recommend calling these guys if you need help moving.

True to their word.

They held true to their word and I did not have to wait 5 hours after my appointment time, unlike the original company I booked. I was not only able to get next day service, they got to me earlier than scheduled. I would use Zephyr Moving Company again.
