They also didn’t deliver/threw away a box of my kitchen stuff because there were dry goods in it (flour, sugar, cans) along with pots/pans because “raccoons got into it.” Did you store my belongings under a picnic table at a public park?!? Would explain the mattress - so poorly damaged they were embarrassed to deliver it. Do your research - there are several fake reviews clearly posted by Dylan(I think was his name) in which he responds with “thanks we are great!” HUGE SCAM. Several complaints with the BBB. DO NOT USE
