We just received our delivery last week and the process was super smooth and personnel super professional. They came on time and finished before scheduled time. Offered to open the boxes and take the content out. After finished also made sure we got everything, and took the trash out. The process was fast and they were good at moving, especially large packages.

They help me move two sets of the solid wood sofa. They are very very heavy. The whole process is very smooth and they are very professional. I got called a couple of days before arrival for providing me exact delivery date and time. They put all boxes exactly following my requirements. The process was fast and they were good at moving especially large packages.

Great service

Universal Relocations were the delivery agents for our household goods sent to the USA from South Africa. They were extremely attentive and we were kept informed at all times of our upcoming delivery. Our items were delivered today and our delivery guys (Mukesh and Martin) could not have been better. They were friendly, organized and unfazed by our driveway. They unpacked all the items we wanted them to and I highly recommend them and UR for the services we used.
