There was a delay due to a holiday, the driver didn't respond to my messages. However Simon from United was on top of things and ensured me that my car will be delivered the next day (which it did).

I had the best experience shipping my car with Jake. From the time I signed the contract to the dropoff, everything was seamless. I was given the driver’s contact details and was able to communicate with him throughout. My only critic was the $200 price increase from the original quote.
