Traslo did a really good job in Italy. Our things packed very well and at this time, the Italian crew were very respectful of Covid precautions. I would have made this a 5 star review but Traslo subcontracted the unpacking to a third party. This is not a problem as such as they did a good job but they took no Covid precautions whatsoever. I have told Traslo about this and I am confident they will do something about it for the future. I wouldhavenoproblem using Traslo again.

Two vans were unloaded in Worcester exactly on schedule. Very definitely a job well done, from initial planning to scheduling, to loading, to transporting and unloading. The two drivers arrived to load on time and also to unload exactly on time. Despite Traslo saying the drivers only drive, these two guys got stuck in with the loading and unloading but undoubtedly the lead driver was the key chap particularly in ensuring that the loading was carefully done for safe transporting. We had paid for another local removal company in Ibiza, to wrap everything professionally here in the house in Ibiza so we had a good start, but the careful loading was as important. On arrival at the Stock N Lock storage facility in Worcester the staff of theWorcester removal company whom we had paid to unload everything into the store, and the storage company staff also, said they had never seen such a well organised removal.

We could have done without the paperwork but the Traslo instructions and assistance made it easy – and saved us VAT cost with their knowledge of the HMRC arrangements for returning residents.

One slight moment of concern was discovering the van number plates were Romanian – but that was entirely unwarranted. Brilliant service, excellent drivers and very good overall cost, including the discount on having the second van in case our stuff would not have fitted into one Luton (it would not have).

We moved half of a flat from London to Naples. Perfect service, the staff was super helpful, from when we first approached the company, through the process of putting together all the documents needed (which with Brexit can be complicated) to the very end. All quotes and costs were transparent and our stuff arrived safe and sound. I'd recommend this company over all the others we approached that didn't even take the time to explain what their quote included. A special thanks to Simone and Letizia who went above and beyond for us.

Having had a very difficult and time pressing move from Sicily to Germany, I was super impressed by the Traslo Service.

Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

I didn't think it possible, but they made the move happen within only a few days after first contact, and for an absolute reasonable price as well.

They also handled my possessions with total care and nothing got damaged during the move.

We recently used Traslo to go from the UK to Spain and can't recommend them highly enough. Throughout the process we were in contact with Paul and his team. We were clear about what the process was. We never waited too long for a response to our questions and we were constantly appraisedof how things were moving along. Paul was super helpful in helping us decide the correct size and what paper work to provide etc.

Ont he day, the driver (Toncho) was brilliant. Although, his English was very limited he was super helpful, patient and calm. He managed to fight his way through the French farmer blockades with the truck holding our contents and by driving the early hours he was able to get through and delivered to us on time.
