I was very upset when I found out that I had to move. I began my search for a reputable and reliable company that was going to handle my family and I move many many states away.

I spoke to Steve and he was very knowledgeable and kind and made sure that I was aware of the entire process.

Move day came and went and the move went exactly as Steve explained it was going to be. Nothing was missing or damaged. I am still smiling because of that alone.

Great job we can’t even begin to tell you how happy we are that this move went as well as it did. We were so nervous going into this with some of the stuff we had heard about other companies which made us on edge. After speaking with Trans World Van Lines everything changed. We really get to trust and like the company a lot. The main thing for us was we only wanted a company that would personally pick us up and not some a smaller company underneath we knew nothing about. Trans World Van Lines helped us with insurance information as well as shipping 2 of our vehicles. All of the furniture was wrapped right and the boxes were shrink wrapped additionally. The movers brought all the furniture into the rooms we asked and they also put back together anything they took apart. Affordable, no mess respectful company.

This is a real moving company and thank you for being exactly who you said you were. Trans World Van Lines was the first mover we spoke to after submitting our information online. It was a sign of commitment that they would respond as fast as they did. We spent the first day getting all of our furniture onto a list and seeing exactly what we had and if they was anything we could part with to cut some costs. They were patient with us when it came to reviewing the information and some of the terminology and never pressured us into making a payment before we were comfortable. Really easy company to work with they understand all the stress that a move brings. The actual movers are excellent in terms of loading the truck securely so nothing falls or slides and ruins other pieces. Trans World Van Lines was absolutely terrific organizing and helping us relocate. We never used a professional mover before and this time we moved a few hundred miles away. They were happy to take time and breakdown each part of the move. We built a inventory of what we would take. We decided the movers would move the larger pieces and we packed the boxes. The crew that showed up was excellent. They worked with us and carefully got everything onto the truck including our piano which was one of our biggest concerns. You can tell they did the work regularly and had all the materials and hands on deck they needed. All around watching them work I was very impressed. Not many companies can do the type of job that Transworld Van lines did. Happy no previous moving experience they were able to educate us in at the same time assist us in providing us the tools needed to find the best fit for us. Unselfishly they reviewed other quotes we received and showed us how to really read the fine print. We were sold by the second phone call with them based strictly on the amount of time they invested in us and they’re willing to do whatever it takes. We reserved our dates, and arrange both of our cars to be shipped the same day. I We always got a phone call before each step or following phase. The next department would review the list as a safeguard to make sure nothing was missed or needed to be changed. Very positive experience in a high stress time. Thanks to them we had our belongings arrived safely and secure.

Thank you all at Trans World Van Lines. Gateway communication and scheduling. This was a relocation that can’t up rather unexpected so I didn’t have to much time to really sit on a decision. We are definitely satisfied with the services at Trans World Van Lines. We spoke to 6 different moving companies and decided they were the best company for us. We were able to comprise a detailed inventory, lock in the dates we needed and having everything packed and loaded by the movers. They were meticulous in labeling and numbering all the boxes so once we got to our new home they were able to place all the items in the rooms we designated. They were also able to stop and drop a portion of our belongings at a nearby storage facility free of charge. They work very fast yet very carefully. We worked with the same agents from start to finish on the relocation and our items never left the truck after it was loaded. They went above and beyond to make sure the move went well and it did. We are happy to recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of working with Alex, Jeremiah, and Damian. The were incredibly respectful, professional, and considerate on top of joking with us and keeping the stress levels of moving from NC to PA very low (even though they were Miami Dolphins fans) ;)

The trip was scheduled to take place directly after Memorial Day, which led to a slight delay that was through no fault of their own and they still went out of their way to apologize profusely and come to a resolution that benefited both parties.

I am very happy I found you all for my move from VA to FL! John was very thorough and explained everything up front so there were no extra fees. What John proposed on my estimate was what I paid upon delivery. I received quotes from many other companies and you all were by far the best value. Not to mention, they would not take 7-10 business days for our items to be delivered. I think something that set you all apart during the sales process is a very detailed inventory list - from number of lamps, dressers, boxes, large frames, etc. Other companies just ask you how many bedrooms and give you a quote, which always ends up higher. The pick up process and delivery were smooth thanks to Jude and his crew. It's also really great that the crew that picks up your stuff, is the same crew that delivers. Jude kept me updated for his delivery window and any unexpected delays. Jude and crew were very professional and we appreciate their hard work to get our stuff down to FL! You won't regret selecting them for your next move!

Wow what a good time we had working with Trans World Van Lines. They brought a lighter feel at a time when I was ready to rip the hair out of my head talking with such a variety of different movers. They were they only company that made it a priority to show us exactly how long they’ve been in business and make it very clear they were not a moving broker. The most important thing for us was not to be charged any more then the contract we signed provided we didn’t bring anything onto the truck that we didn’t speak about. Anything that we may have found on move date that was not on the list we left behind. Everyone was always on time and was very friendly. Before we talk to trans world Van lines or you felt like all hope was lost. Once we got on the phone with them things started to change. We got very organized and put together an inventory list that we can’t see in front of us. They went over all of the additional charges and talked about ways we can save ourself money. We needed to be out by a certain way and delivered in a certain week as well and they were ready and willing to make that happen for us were no others were at. Not to mention the quality of work that they did do was top notch. They left no mess behind or damaged any furniture and simply pick placed each piece in the rooms we designate. We understand why they are so highly rated and we would use them again in the future.

Smooth moving with Trans World Van Lines. We got linked up with them after going online and requesting some moving estimates from companies throughout the country. The moving agent that was assigned to us knew the moving ins and outs and helped us with many tips to save extra money. I can honestly say working with Transworld Van lines was as easy as it could get. Talking to them they made it simplified so we were able to coordinate and plan our move around cheaper loads and dates. We did speak to other companies and found them to be either too expensive or not qualified enough for our liking. I found Transworld Van Lines online during our research leading up to selecting a mover. Everybody says all the right things on the phone we wanted to see actual customers feedback so we read into some reviews and ratings. We found that majority of people really had a good experience working with them and just talking to them they are extremely knowledgeable and will help you save the most money and do it the honest way. We weren’t charged anymore money then we were told and we would be more than happy to do it all over again. From top to bottom you guys had it all covered furniture wrapped and boxes packed and we were on our way.

The sales rep is great he put together our list of items which was later check by quality assurance. I like how you have other departments that follow up to catch any errors or add or subtract any items. The rate we got was fantastic it was the best head of all the movers we spoke to. Transworld Van Lines that was the name that stuck out in her head the most. Basically they made a lasting impression on us after one phone call. We got Post some other companies but we feel compelled to come back to them to finish the job. They just have a way about them that makes you want to work with them probably because they’re extremely detailed and try very hard to please the customer. They don’t miss items and they want to know what’s important to you How they can be better. The pricing we got was fantastic much cheaper than the competition and the movers themselves were very polite and you can tell very experience this is a real deal moving company that is not a broker.
