The family and I are so happy with the move with Trans World Van Lines. They have advanced systems and options other companies did not. The sales man made himself available practically 24 hours a day. Most of our calls were 10 o’clock at night. The only company that called and asked for pictures to make sure we were quoted right instead of just being upcharged on the day of the move. They helped us with various discounts and gave us mattress covers complimentary. They were on time on both ends and anytime we wanted information we just called and got it on the spot. They are a down to business type company and improved its trust and work ethic. Many thanks.

Having worked with Trans World Van Lines I can't see myself ever using another company again. They don’t speak you in that moving lingo like some of the others we spoke to. Just tell us how it is is our mentality. We looked for a reliable mover that used thier own trucks and employees and that’s why we used them. They price matched a quote we had from a comparable company so they are more then willing to do what they are asked to make and keep customers. There was no problem getting the moving trailer to our block and they set up and got it all on within a few hours. Nothing breakable was packed or stacked on top of other things. We got phone calls as they made the way over to the new house so we were ready when they arrived. Good all around work at great price.

This relocation was very simple. We weren’t going hundreds of miles but we were changing states. Found a couple good companies online we thought were worth calling so we picked the best 3 and started calling. What separated Trans World Van Lines from the others was they are not a company that brokers moves. They did the relocation themself same truck same crew excellent turn over. They didn’t leave any mess behind or holes in walls and our neighbors had no problem maneuvering around the semi. They delivered our furniture and place it in the rooms we asked. Fast, cheap and quality exactly what we wanted.

Trans World Van Lines It is extremely busy this time of year so we consider ourselves very lucky that we were able to get our dates as well as the price point we were looking for. We did our fair share of research and we asked many questions. When you first submit your information to receive quotes they tell you the companies that will be calling and they give you a little checklist to follow. They fit the bill completely. They helped us understand how moving estimates are built and even researched other quotes that we got. Never badmouth at another company but wanted to make sure that we were satisfied more than anything before asking for a reservation deposit. Thank you thank you we are so grateful Trans World Van Lines. They say moving can be one of the most stressful things you ever do in your life and they are not lying. We were overwhelmed with paperwork relocating children and just getting reacquainted into a new neighborhood. The last thing we had on our mind was how we were going to move all this furniture ourselves. We left it to them and they came through with flying colors. Nothing was damaged they cleaned up after themselves and save us a lot of money and time so what more can you ask for. Not once did they try to change the price on us or tell us something different in person that they did not tell us over the phone. They were competitively priced We would’ve overpaid for honesty however it was all inclusive in their service you guys are great.

Where do I start! I spoke with a Jake Miller from KS division. At first he sounded like a nice guy who gave us a quote compatible to another moving company. He said that they are movers not brokers so they don't contract out and that the men would be in uniforms and the truck would have their name on it. This was not true at all, they got contractors in a truck which needed to be jump started by us. These were not movers from Trans World Van Lines at all. They came from NJ, I was moving from NY to MA. When he quoted me the price he said that nothing was going to change as far as money. In fact I had sold some items and he said that would come off after I called them to let him know which I did but nothing came off the bill. Numerous times the dollar amount that was quoted was mentioned up until dispatch called me. When the guys came in and took a look at what I had they jacked me up almost $2000.00 more. Now, I only had a 2 bedroom apartment with not a lot of furniture, no appliances. They said that there would be an extra charge to put the TV's in a TV box which they would supply at a cost. When the TV's were delivered they was just wrapped up with a folded box and tape. They broke a $300.00 desk chair and my Mother's old Tiffany Lamp along with some glasses. Don't even bother to write fragile or glass on a box because nobody understood those words! They underestimated the box count on the paper but verbally he said 50 to 60 boxes so of course that got added to my bill.
While on the road to MA we received a phone call from the driver on the truck calling to telling us that the cost was going up another $200.00 because our stuff took more room in the truck. How are we to know if this was a truth being a layperson and not really there to view this. This is highway Robbery literally! When we tried to call Jake and tell him our issues he didn't want to do anything, he listened and said he would look into this and get back to us which he never did, he would hang up on us or put us on hold and then hang up. We spoke to a Natalia and a Jenny who was just as rude as he was. I had to have a friend call to fake him into thinking that she wanted to move so that was the only way I got a hold of him. Pretty sad and then he said I was annoying him! This went on for 2 days. This is Customer Service? At this point all I wanted was my items to be delivered, it is horrifying to know that these incompetent people have your whole life in a broken truck. They couldn't give me a delivery date and just would not answer my calls. When they say there is a 45 days of free storage don't believe it because they charged me $800 to unload the truck into a warehouse and then to load it back up. On top of all this the charged me again $800.00 extra for fuel, the charge was already entered into the estimate. Did they charge me extra because they were leaving from NJ now and not NY? I was given a fuel charge from NY to MA not from NY to NJ to MA! I could not get any answers from anyone all I got was hung up on or put on hold or transferred to someone who again "was going to look into this and get back to me". When the mover came to my apartment in NY I told him that it was a house on Government grounds so with that he asked if the delivery guys had to be checked out because one time one of his movers had a felony against him so he couldn't get on the grounds. So this leads me to believe that they hire Felons to move peoples valuables. I asked him if he is a Felon or was any of these guys were. This was the most disgusting, horrible, expensive, and stressful experience. Nothing but lies from the minute he opened his mouth. They should all be fired, I will be sending in claims and writing to the Attorney General and BBB and anybody who will listen. This business should be closed down, imagine how many people go through this nightmare! Now I need to spend my time writing letter and putting in claims to try to get some money back.

The biggest mistake we made was having a major moving company come to our house. They quoted us a price that we could never afford and two lifetimes. So we decided to go a different route and use the Moore family run company that offers the same exact service. Trans World Van Lines was that company. We knew from the first phone call we found a great company. They did not rush us through our list, did you not ask for money before getting to know us and they were very concerned with the details that other company simply passed over. Sometimes the smallest things that make the biggest difference and that’s with this company has. They do it they say and then me we knew from the first phone call we found a good company. We didn’t hear back from a few companies we liked fast enough so we turned all of our attention to strand World Van Lines. They moved fast and efficiently. We out together an accurate list. I walked through my house and told them piece by piece what I was taking and gave them rough dimensions. I told them I wanted to conserve some money and do all the packing myself which was not a problem. They told me where to get boxes and the appropriate way to pack them without having then be repacked and charged for. They were truthful and upfront about the pricing. They kept telling us that mo matter what we are only going to pay for the space we used which we really liked. They never went back on those word and did a great job start to finish.

LOVED our moving experience with transworld van lines inc. Our movers were funny and professional and really nice. They were careful with our furniture. Sometimes moves are kinda awkward because you see these movers working so hard and you just want to say something but don't know how to start a conversation with them. These guys were AWESOME! They made the usually yucky task of moving much more enjoyable. The office staff who booked the move did everything she could to make the move happen and she was VERY nice and professional. Transworld van lines inc is getting rave reviews from me!

:I had a long distance move from kent WA to bend ORand used Trans World Van Lines Inc. All I can say the move was so smooth from the start. It was painless, stressless and just overall awesome. They carefully packed my things and dealt with them with a great care. The movers came in and immediately got to work not wasting time at all. They worked really hard and they were highly professional and courteous. The quote was excellent and I was happy I had chosen these guys. When I phoned the company, I received all the necessary information I needed. All in all, great job! I would totally used them again! I  really surprised that my move got done as fast as it did. it took a total of 3 days from start to finish they packed up everything nothing got broke if I move again I will definitely hire Transworld Van Lines Inc I've moved a couple times and my move is never gone this well.
