It was an honor to have worked with Transworld van lines. Restore so many good things online about them we couldn’t resist giving them a call. The first thing we noticed is that they have a formula that they follow that is much different than many of the other movers that we spoke to. Theyve been in business for many more years and the competitors and have a certain way to themselves that makes the customer feel at ease. I’m not very good at writing these type of things but what I can say that this relocation went perfect. I rate you five stars and I truly can say that you earned each and everyone of them. Moving is not as simple as you think it is don’t realize that until it’s time to book the move. We put our trust in you and it paid off dividends. Great job.

Transworld Van Lines came as a referral from a close friend. He had used them about three years ago and told us it was the best move or ever hired and he moves more then the average person. Everything he told us about the company turned out to be true. They are not moving brokers and everybody that works for them is employed by them as well as trained by them. They were the most affordable company out of the ones we spoke to. They work fast but at the same time make sure the job is done right. Our furniture was wrapped right and the truck was loaded correctly so nothing would fall and crush other items. Our biggest fear was items would be lost in transit or dropped off at a wrong destination. The company has the ratings and credibility of one of the best out there because they are. Trust the fact if we need to move again you are our first call.

I can’t think of one bad thing to say about transfer of Van lines in the service they provided for my family and I. I’ve read many great things online but I’m a skeptic and had to see for myself. Anytime we called our sales rep was in a good mood and did whatever he could to make sure we got exactly what we wanted within reason and within our price range. There was never a time we couldn’t reach him and that was probably the biggest selling point. The furniture came the same way it left in a shorter time frame then they originally told us. We were ecstatic. Never imagined it could go this well. They are not a company for the rich they are a company that works with you and is flexible with everything from pricing to scheduling. As you can see I am just one of the many who have had this type of relocation. They are the actual moving company and really good at what they do.

Unless you’re rich we’re just feel like wasting thousands of dollars then you’re probably better off calling one of the major Van lines out there. Unfortunately yet fortunately we are not either of those things. We are to hardworking people that do not have money to waste. We did a lot of research before deciding on Transworld Van Lines. They spent over an hour with us on the first call and probably invested close to 5 hours all together between all calls and emails making sure we had this all right. They provide a sense of comfort knowing they’ve been doing business for so long and make promises that they actually keep. Our furniture was blanket wrapped tightly and boxes packed correctly so they would blow out from the bottom or crush other items. We watched them work very closely and you can tell when you have true professionals. We had no idea about this website before hiring them for the move and seeing what we see now is no surprise. They are very good at what they do and we highly recommend them for what it’s worth. Thank you.

I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find a moving company that would move my household as well as my office. Not only the trans-world Van lines both pick ups but they did the office pick up charge. Naturally we paid for the space on the truck at the office furniture took up but they did not charge us for the additional pick up. They understand that money is hard on everybody right now especially with what’s going on in the world. They were always sincere and treated us with respect as well as the actual movers that showed up to do the physical work. We were periodically checked in on leading up to them to make sure we had all our ducks in a row. They told us one of the best ways to save money where is the reserve them off as early as possible because we can always adjust the list the closer we got to the move and that’s exactly what we did.We put our trust in them and took all their advice and it paid off tenfold. It’s not as easy as you think to find a reliable mover her but I will tell you that this is one of them and my advice to anyone would be to call and get a quote just to see for yourself. Excellent work by the entire staff over at Transworld Van lines. This was a relocation we had reserved over three months ago and we’re terrified with what’s going on in the world. We were forced to move due to her job opportunity but the silver lining in it where is that we were going to a location that was less of a hot zone then we were previously in. Our sales rep worked with us rigorously to make sure our list was accurate and whatever packing we needed to have done on our end was completed so the movers were just show up load the truck and go. They have a reputation for doing high-quality work and the reviews online reflect that. They took all necessary safety precautions to keep our family safe and make sure none of our goods were contaminated. They went above and beyond for us and we are grateful that we found them to begin with and would absolutely work with them again in the future if it came about. Any questions or concerns that we had somebody was always available at the office or at some remote location. We were constantly giving updates and never had a doubt during any time while our furniture was in transit. Thank you all and continue to say safe and God.

1. Underestimated the cubic footage! I held several big items back and it still ended up paying way more!!

2. Never on time! The delivery window means absolutely nothing.

3. When seeking help - can't get hold of anyone! When finally get someone on the phone - they fail to follow up, time and times again!

4. Delivered one week after the promised date! The truck driver blames the main office, the main office blames the truck driver!

5. They picked up my furniture in one truck, to my regret brought it back in a totally different one!!

6. Never gave me a list of the items they picked up!

7. They dropped everything in my garage and drove off! Did NOT take things where they are supposed to be! They didn't even unwrap some items!

8. After they left, I realized I was missing an item! Called the office - they asked me if I had the list, but I was never given that list! They are still looking for it!

9. The customer service is horrific! They are treating you like they are doing you a favor and I still owe them, even after I PAID EVERYTHING UPFRONT!

10. I moved into a new home, so when they brought the furniture, I asked if they had a face mask and shoe coverings. They asked me if I had those items for them to wear. I said no. Then they said if I didn't like it, they could just get in the truck and drive back!!

11. While unloading 4 boxes out of the truck, they dropped all of them. The guys looked at us, smirked, and didn't even apologize!

12. My garage fridge came scratched and dinged, my corner writing desk's corners are gone, and the desk's hutch is completely ruined! When I asked them what happened - they simply said to call the office and fill out a form!

13. I called customer service numerous times! They told me they would send a local crew to put my items in place - never heard from them again! I totally have a feeling I got scammed. All the way! From the very first sales call, to my very recent and ongoing communication with the customer service.

Horrific experience! Customer service only exists during the initial sales calls. Once they get that initial deposit - it's a totally different world, where you are treated with nothing but straight disrespect! They do get you on the hook, then fail to deliver every step of the way.

We reserved our move over a month in advance which ended up saving us $400 alone right there. Our sales men as well as everybody else that was involved help us find ways to cut costs and protect her self during the process. They showed up on time and began to work immediately disassembling furniture and packing boxes. They did a full service move we didn’t have to do a single thing except leptin movers in. They have an overwhelming amount of positive reviews and have been in business for more than any other company that we spoke to you. That experience comes out in many different ways. It started with the way that we were spoken to you by her sales representative that was assigned our move. After getting all of our inventory on paper the movies then passed on to quality assurance that goes over the move to make sure we didn’t miss any items while still having the option to update the list at any time. The important part was we had locked in our dates as well as our rates. The dates we can always move around but our rates will be locked in And since we were moving and we’re flexible with our dates were able to wait for a truck that was coming through that it would eventually give us an even greater discount. This company absolutely knows how to work with its customers and it is no surprise but they have the feedback that they do.
