We were looking for a moving company that was in business for at least 10 years. We wanted a company that we knew was not a fly-by-night type deal and had a great reputation. Transworld Van lines was exactly that company for us. We spent a lot of time on the phone walking the home discussing some pieces I was moving. It was an option to have a four pack done by the company but it I was trying to save a little extra money so I decide to do the packing myself. They still would load and unload the boxes from the truck but they would not unpack her unpack them that was up to me. They placed a furniture in the rooms that I asked and I was very surprised at how clean their work order actually is. They were great to me from start to finish whether it was about cutting costs were just answering simple questions. They were always respectful and willing to help and all of 5 stars.

Being from the Midwest we had our concerns that we weren’t going to be able to find the moving company that was going to come out and pick us up. Transworld Van lines apparently those pick ups all across the country. They were enthusiastic to talk to us and we put our entire home is where the furniture answer is very list I got to see it all on paper. Explain to us the price breakdown and make sure we were clear in our understanding of it. They were the only company to take the time to break down the contract line by line. They provided us everything we needed to make her own decision and never pressure hours. They save us a lot of money in the process. Will be happy to work with them again in the future.

This is a last-minute move that we were hoping most companies can service. Being that it was so close to the holidays most of the companies were fully booked. Transworld van lines was willing to move around their schedule pick ups to make sure that they can arrange for us to be moved before the holiday. We are so grateful for the extra work you did for us. On top of that since we were feeling one of your trucks we got our price discounted even further. We apologize for the inconvenience we simply had no choice we only had a handful of days to be out of our house and you guys made all the arrangements for us. You spoke to the building that we were moving to arranged the elevator i’m sure you had all the manpower you needed as well as well as any extras. Selecting the right mover doesn’t come as easy as you think it would. I know what everybody’s thinking I just need to hire a couple guys a couple strong guys who have a full-size trailer we can just pick me up on my day and drop me off as soon as possible. However that is far from the case they build their loads in their routes around pick up so they have they supply you with windows of delivery they will guarantee you a two day pick up date but everything else is kind of up in the air until it’s physically on the truck. In our case we also got lucky our Estimate over the phone what is higher than the price we paid. We just wanted to say thank you and appreciate all the hard work and hope to continue hearing good things about you in the future we will always recommend you to anyone in need.

If you’ve never used a long distance moving company before take my word this is the best company out there. When it comes to length of time and business and a great reputation there is no question there in a league of their own. We read countless accounts from previous customers and everybody was happy with the experience we are just one more person to that list. The move went so well we didn’t run into any setbacks or any weather conditions just blessed to have a straight shot and everything to be ready in time for the holidays.
