Great job we can’t even begin to tell you how happy we are that this move went as well as it did. We were so nervous going into this with some of the stuff we had heard about other companies which made us on edge. After speaking with Trans World Van Lines everything changed. We really get to trust and like the company a lot. The main thing for us was we only wanted a company that would personally pick us up and not some a smaller company underneath we knew nothing about. Trans World Van Lines helped us with insurance information as well as shipping 2 of our vehicles. All of the furniture was wrapped right and the boxes were shrink wrapped additionally. The movers brought all the furniture into the rooms we asked and they also put back together anything they took apart. Affordable, no mess respectful company.

This is a real moving company and thank you for being exactly who you said you were. Trans World Van Lines was the first mover we spoke to after submitting our information online. It was a sign of commitment that they would respond as fast as they did. We spent the first day getting all of our furniture onto a list and seeing exactly what we had and if they was anything we could part with to cut some costs. They were patient with us when it came to reviewing the information and some of the terminology and never pressured us into making a payment before we were comfortable. Really easy company to work with they understand all the stress that a move brings. The actual movers are excellent in terms of loading the truck securely so nothing falls or slides and ruins other pieces. Trans World Van Lines was absolutely terrific organizing and helping us relocate. We never used a professional mover before and this time we moved a few hundred miles away. They were happy to take time and breakdown each part of the move. We built a inventory of what we would take. We decided the movers would move the larger pieces and we packed the boxes. The crew that showed up was excellent. They worked with us and carefully got everything onto the truck including our piano which was one of our biggest concerns. You can tell they did the work regularly and had all the materials and hands on deck they needed. All around watching them work I was very impressed. I was so impressed I decided to leave my comments here. Thank you for an easy move.

Not many companies can do the type of job that Transworld Van lines did. Happy no previous moving experience they were able to educate us in at the same time assist us in providing us the tools needed to find the best fit for us. Unselfishly they reviewed other quotes we received and showed us how to really read the fine print. We were sold by the second phone call with them based strictly on the amount of time they invested in us and they’re willing to do whatever it takes. We reserved our dates, and arrange both of our cars to be shipped the same day. I We always got a phone call before each step or following phase. The next department would review the list as a safeguard to make sure nothing was missed or needed to be changed. Very positive experience in a high stress time. Thanks to them we had our belongings arrived safely and secure.

Smooth moving with Trans World Van Lines. We got linked up with them after going online and requesting some moving estimates from companies throughout the country. The moving agent that was assigned to us knew the moving ins and outs and helped us with many tips to save extra money. The list we put together was extremely detailed and we allocated some extra space for any items we may have overlooked. The highlight of the relocation for us was seeing our furniture arrive safely and not being charged any extra money we didn’t previously agreed on. Great work all around.

I can honestly say working with Transworld Van lines was as easy as it could get. Talking to them they made it simplified so we were able to coordinate and plan our move around cheaper loads and dates. We did speak to other companies and found them to be either too expensive or not qualified enough for our liking. We had our hands full moving our three children so we left them moving to the experts. All of our furniture arrived in the same condition and left then and we are now settled then happily in our new place.

Everybody says all the right things on the phone we wanted to see actual customers feedback so we read into some reviews and ratings. We found that majority of people really had a good experience working with them and just talking to them they are extremely knowledgeable and will help you save the most money and do it the honest way. We weren’t charged anymore money then we were told and we would be more than happy to do it all over again. From top to bottom you guys had it all covered furniture wrapped and boxes packed and we were on our way.
