Five stars***** I had an amazing experience with Superior Moving. Mark was able to make the move happen on the same day that I called! The movers arrived right on time and treated the tricky move with the utmost care. The crew was polite and incredibly hardworking. Customer service in the office was clear and transparent with pricing, meaning no hidden fees. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the area. A massive thank you to the whole crew for a job well done!
- They were incredibly professional and finished in less time than expected.

Professional, priced fairly, amazing workers, on time and most importantly they were able to get furniture into my new place where other movers said it would be impossible.

  Recent Move.

WE RECENTLY MOVED FROM BUCKS COUNTY, PA TO TENNESSEE AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WITH SUPERIOR. I WAS REFERRED TO THEM BY A CO-WORKER WHO HAD USED THEM ONLY LOCALLY AND HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED. THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT HALF OF WHAT I WAS QUOTED BY OTHERS BUT THEIR SERVICE WAS WELL ABOVE PAR. OUR FURNITURE WAS WELL PROTECTED AND WE SUSTAINED NO DAMAGE AT ALL, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD SEVERAL LARGE GLASS ITEMS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE SAME MOVERS LOADED, DROVE, AND UNLOADED US. THEY WERE .ALWAYS COURTEOUS, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WANTED US TO BE PLEASED BEFORE THEY LEFT, EVEN WHEN I HAD THEM MOVE A SUPER HEAVY DRESSER DOWN TH WALL 6".
- Their guys Tim Howard Brian T-Bone to mention a few are always friendly and help me move things in and out of my storage

  The men were incredible.

My overall experience with this company was amazing! What a great bunch of guys working there! First, the owner was so nice and gave me all the information I needed about moving. He made me feel special and appreciated. Then, they called two days before our scheduled day to confirm our appointment, the men arrived on time (actually a little early) but they were respectful enough that they didn't bother us til the time promised). The men, who's names were Steve, Scott and Darren were polite, soft spoken and so respectful of our belongings! They worked their butts off! Never taking a break and they completely put me at ease. My only problem the whole day was that I couldn't afford to give them a bigger tip!! I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE! Thanks Superior movers!

  Superior Moving & Storage.

This is the third time I have used Superior and once again they performed perfectly. The three man crew of T-Bone, Cupcake and Mike (who really needs to get a nickname) worked hard and worked quickly both with the loading & unloading of my goods. They ended up taking less time than anticipated and the cost for the move was lower that estimated. They even were able to accommodate a 1 day delay in moving that I had requested due to a problem that arose at my destination point. You could not possibly go wrong hiring these folks. I am 3 for 3 with them and would unquestionably recommend them!
- the rate was very reasonable without deviation from the original quote.

  Actual experience.

Serviced last September 2014, was apprehensive beforethemoving, turned out to be pleasant. I do not know we were lucky or not the anxiety was not warranted.

The team leader JB was level headed, very efficient and knew the intricacies of the job. He picked up some slack of the crew.

I called for another service today. The request for the same foreman which was accepted.

Will let it be known if the second moving excel the first one. In addition the rate was very reasonable without deviation from the original quote.

  Beyond Superior.

These guys are beyond good. Me, my family, friends and boss were referred to them as they care about their customers. We're not just a $ figure. They have been used in more than 7 moves, on time, courteous and kick ass. Use them, you won't be disappointed.
- they arrived on time

  Another Compliment.

I've used Superior Movers for two moves and will definitely use them again for any future moves, as well as, will recommend (and have recommended them) to others. For my previous moves, they arrived on time - moreover, they didn't waste time while packing and loading. Also, I have 3 storage bins and am confident that my things are safe and secure because I've seen them and they are. Hope this helps! Remember - people are quick to complain and slow to compliment - therefore, not many of the great experiences with this company are recorded; but, I believe that being in business as long as they have been means they have way more success stories out there that should be shared..and so, I'm sharing mine.

Had Moving & Storage with These Thieves

They placed my items on the 1st floor in what the owner called "climate controlled, security surveillanced" storage facility. What I found out 4 years later was moldy boxes, used, filthy broken appliances. Contractually Obligated to use them to clear out unit, "missing" items requiring police reports, insurance claims, identity monitoring. They DO NOT AND NEVER HAVE BEEN BBB. You have been advised
- they did not have the proper tools to disassemble the kitchen pop table

  Dishonest & unprofessional.

We'd scheduled the move approximately 1 month ahead of time. the arrival time for pickup was 8 am. I received a call stating the headlights on the truck were not working & that the men would be late. then nothing for an hour and a half. contacted the office who assured me the men were in transit. they arrived at 10:30 am. I was given a quote over the phone for about $400 originally. I had clearly & accurately explained over the phone the scope & size of the move & noted that the couch would be difficult to haul out of the residence. once they arrived the men essentially lollygagged & took their time. they did not have the proper tools to disassemble the kitchen pop table. the one redeeming act was that they were able to exit the couch from the building. they did need to remove the legs and the living room door from the hinges in order to do so. once to the destination the men seemed to pick up in speed as if now it was urgent to get finished. it was at that time I was quoted $498 for the services rendered. I contacted the owner in protest only to be told "I have children to feed too." he spoke to one of the men & then stated to me that because of the difficulty & labor involved…

  Owner doesn't care.

I would stay away from this company. They do not take care of their vehicles and they don't care about your time. As a result of not taking care of vehicles, they were stopped by Truck enforcement and told that their vehicle was not fit for the road. This delayed my move by 3 hours. The owner did not care about the impact on me as a customer. Its a shame, because the moving team was great and took very good care of my move. I would find another company if your time is important to you.

Great storage and move.

I had Superior move and store me for about 6 months while we built our new house. The process was seamless, from quoting to moving to storing and moving into our new home, it was extremely simple. I will have them move my mother in a few months and would recommend Superior to anyone that needs a mover!
