I thought my move was a huge, big mountain that I have to climb. Because of the distance, I needed a shipping company for the first time. At RST-SYSTEMTRANS I was very well advised and looked after by Mr. L., in contrast to other forwarding companies, even after the order was placed. Everything I heard and read on behalf of me was carried out exactly that way. The price was a bit higher than other carriers, but it wasn't the most expensive. Price and performance were perfect. Due to the great execution of the team, I had a stress-free move and in the end no huge mountain to climb. Thanks again to the whole team.

After doing some research on the Internet and on the review pages, we selected the company RST for our move. It was clear to us beforehand that a large part of the short and extremely positive reviews must have been fake. In view of the size of the company as well as the full-bodied and relaxed promises of the seller during the tour ("Don't worry, we will put everything into the new apartment for you, no problem at all ..."), we let ourselves be wrapped up. I never dreamed that such a large and established company could be so dubious and aggressive towards normal customers.

The move then started with delays (over 2 hours), continued with incorrect loading and damage to the wall, floor and objects as well as faulty reconstruction up to the complete lack of the agreed and calculated construction work and ended in leaving about a quarter of the things because of Lack of space. We then had to organize the laborious transport of the legal items ourselves and at our own expense. Only the transport of the number of cubic meters specified in the contract was contractually agreed, it was said afterwards (be careful in the contract!). As if we could estimate for ourselves how many cubic meters our things are in a truck.

After complaining about the defects, the ugly face of the company came to the fore with a subsequent invoice with fictitious items and the written accusation that we had threatened and attacked the employees when they moved.

The temporary workers who are recruited for the move are of course not to blame. A contract worker from Eastern Europe was about the same age as my father! I was seriously worried about his health! The management is washed with all hands and purely profit-oriented.

Unfortunately, we don't have the time to pursue the matter further in court. We just want to forget everything.
I recommend choosing the moving company only on the basis of recommendations from friends and not on the basis of obvious fake reviews. It is your own fault if you get involved.

And pay attention to the contract! Who can estimate and later prove how many cubic meters of removal goods they have to transport and how packed they would have fit in a truck or not?

Relocation from DE (Frankfurt) to CH (near Zurich). Everything went well to perfect. Starting with the personal appraisal by the specialist advisor with numerous tips on preparation and a trained eye, to customer service for the ladies in the office (forms, etc.) to the packing team who loaded and unloaded over 2 days. Big thanks again to everyone involved. In particular, the packaging, dismantling, assembly and transport were carried out very professionally and always acted courteously. No hidden costs. The only minimal additional cost was due to the use of more packing material, but that was completely negligible. Especially recommended for a move to Switzerland (customs!). Thanks again!

Team Alex was very quick to dismantle and assemble and focused on the matter. You quickly noticed that Alex had his team very well under control and that the colleagues worked hand in hand with one another. We always felt that we were in good hands, especially since a lot of questions were asked so that we as customers always felt that we were picked up. The helpers were all very nice, courteous and skilled. We were very satisfied with the fitters because we would never have been able to assemble and dismantle the existing cabinets with this speed and accuracy. In terms of price, we found the service to be quite fair and even comparatively low compared to other offers.

With rst-systemtrans you can move easily. The advice and the preparation of the offer were great. You could always get in touch with questions, even in between, and always received friendly advice, both from the relocation advisor and from the ladies in the office. The required packaging was delivered and then picked up again after it was cleared out punctually on the requested date. The moving team Massimo was there on time on the day of the move and worked carefully but quickly. I can recommend rst-systemtrans without restrictions and say "gladly again and again and thank you very much".

From the offer to the inspection by Mr.Iwan to the move itself, everything went professionally, quickly and smoothly! We moved within a location at relatively short notice, had some heavy old furniture, lots of dishes and lots of large plants. The size of the moving cars was adapted to our needs, and the garage at a third location was easily included in the order and cleared. Alex's moving team was on time, super friendly, but above all very professional! Everyone worked more than diligently, but people laughed and even with the hardest things there were friendly words - admirable. The staff were very polite, all of them spoke German, so communication was perfect. Our furniture and boxes have been placed and / or rebuilt in the correct new premises. We don't have a single damage to note! Dishes, glasses, pictures and other fragile items were perfectly packed, nothing heavy was dragged across the floor - we couldn't have done it better!
