Very effective,

Very effective. They were professional, polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. They went beyond their duty to help and make it a lot easier. I knew exactly what was happening at every stage. I'd use Moving Solutions again and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

My experience with the moving crew was positive overall. They were punctual, cooperative, and worked efficiently from the beginning of the move until everything was unloaded. Moving Solutions and Mr Mac Kather

[[[[[[[Moving Solutions and Mr Mac Kather are telling lies. I originally paid Moving Solutions on 9/27/2023. After that on 9/29/2023, two days later, We called and talked to Mr Mac Kather, At that time I requested a refund from Moving Solutions. Mr Kather stated, at that time the refund would be here to me in 7 to 10 business days.]]]]]] We, my wife and I waited for over two weeks for the refund and it never showed up. I called their office and was told again it was on the way. Later when it didn't show up, I called again. This time I was told by Laurie we needed to send a letter by email to get our money back. So on I sent an email on 10/16/2023 requesting a refund and now I am being told through your office that I am not eligible for a refund.

The reason I was requesting a refund on 9/29/2023 is because I thought their company was a brokerage and not an actual moving company. I found out later they were a moving company and not a brokerage. Mr Kather, when we originally spoke to him assured my wife and I that we could get a refund up until a week before our move. We had established with Mr Kather and Moving Solutions we were not moving until 5/31/2024. Now, Moving Solutions has changed their story and is telling us in order to get a refund " he needed to do that within 72 hours of booking to avoid financial penalty". We have been lied to on several occasions by Mr Kather and Moving Solutions while they continue to hold on to our $1943.33.

Three times we were told by Moving Solutions that we were getting a refund only to find they never intended to refund us. Its a shame how this company is doing business. They are in the wrong and they know they are. Oh by the way there is nothing in their contract that states "he needed to do that within 72 hours of booking to avoid financial penalty". What a horrible way to do business.

Moving House SCAM COMPANY

Worst Company ever!!! They are a scam company. They quote you one price and then try to scam you into another price. They then hold your items hostage so you have to pay. Steve (not sure of his position) is a complete jerk. (can't use the word I want. Starts with A ends with hole). As for the customer service department they are completely clueless. All they do is read from a script over and over again. They will not answer your questions. As for their sales person I talked to and booked everything through, he is non existence

now and will not answer your calls.I have called over 10 times and all it does is go to voice mail. If I could have given a Negative Star rating I would. Do not under any circumstances use this company. SCAM SCAM

They don't how to pack, the people they send can't understand or speak English. Not professional at all. If you are thinking of using this company do not. You have been warned. Worst experience ever. Again DO NOT USE. I cannot express how bad they are. Please please do not use.

They Were Mind Blowing.

Large furniture and limited stairs make moving difficult. It was handled well. The movers dismantled my sectional sofa, padded the piano, and lifted the cumbersome mirrors with ropes. They were always calm in every problem.

It was extremely hot on moving day, but it didn’t deter the team form working. they worked hard without losing smiles and also ensured that I was hydrated also. the movers were more than reasonable because of their professionalism and enthusiasm regardless of the situation.

I would not hesitate to recommend

Efficient and very easy to arrange. There were some traffic delays, but we were so impressed with our moving men....very professional service. All in all, a service which I would not hesitate to recommend.
