Good Communication!!

I moved from a high-rise in downtown to a townhouse, and I expected issues with parking, access, and delays — but Pinnacle Moving Group LLC handled it all with no problems. They parked in the loading zone, communicated with building staff, and had the elevator scheduled. What stood out to me was how they packed the truck — there was a system, and it kept everything in place during a bumpy drive. At the new place, they asked which boxes should go upstairs and helped with furniture reassembly. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point, and the final amount was exactly what was quoted. Overall, solid work and reliable team.

Professional Movers!!

My last move was chaotic, so I had low expectations. This team turned it around. From the time I booked with Pinnacle Moving Group LLC, they confirmed everything, followed up with a reminder, and showed up exactly when promised. The crew brought all the supplies, including shrink wrap and blankets, and labeled all my boxes by room. They worked steadily — not rushed, not dragging either. They also disassembled a few things without damaging or misplacing screws. At the drop-off, they placed things in the right rooms and even adjusted placements when I changed my mind. Overall, a solid team — not pushy or awkward. The pricing didn’t change either.

Poor service

I was quoted a price for moving, a week before the move the price was increased $2000 and then the day they arrived the price was $6000 more and they could only have a few of our items and not all that was listed on the quote. Very expensive and poor service. Will never hire them again and we have half of our belongings still here in storage. Looking at other options.

Brilliant Job!!

There was one cabinet I thought might be a problem because of the hallway turn. Instead of pushing it through, they stopped, talked it out briefly, and adjusted how they carried it. Nothing scraped the walls or door frame. At the new place, they didn’t unload everything in one pile. They carried boxes room by room and asked when something wasn’t clear.

Long-distance move from League City, TX to Warren Center, PA

Buyer beware

Told broker all items I had, was listed on bill of lading. I even called multiple times to confirm the cost prior, and explain that it took a 26 ft truck to move us

However, delivery day came and the subcontractor Giovanni Van Lines out of Dallas Texas movers came and demanded additional 8000 to move us and stated I only paid for 491 cu ft

I Wanted to cancel, however they stated I would lose my deposit 1500

Demanded I pay 1000.00 through Zelle before they would load my items

So I had them load up 491 cu ft

Stated 491 cu ft is only 1 bed, dresser and table, and said I was at my limit

3 weeks later, stop payment on 1500 and dispute charges with bank However, I’m out 1000 because it was paid through Zelle

2-3 weeks have come and no delivery

The company is refusing to deliver my items because I did a stop payment for a delivery that has never occurred

Beware, I was concerned about the reviews thinking maybe people were trying to save money and not tell the broker all the items

I soon found out, the bad reviews are real, do not use them

This organization is a total scam

I have reported to FMSCA, Texas attorney office, FBI and BBB for fraudulent business practices

I will probably will not recover my items but I want to protect others, these guys need to be fined and taken out of business

"ATTENTION-NEVER EVER GET SERVICE FROM THEM" WORST moving Company Ever

ATTENTION EVERYONE THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. I suggest never getting any service from them because of their cheaper quotes.

KENNETH - "SALES REP VERY GOOD AT PROVIDING WORST ESTIMATES". I don't think he studied until 5th grade; he doesn't know how to calculate volume (HE NEVER PICKS YOUR CALL AGAIN ONCE YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT).

MARIA & BRYAN CUSTOMER SERVICE (They can't help you either; they disconnect your calls). Their manager is never available, and they don't transfer calls. EVERYONE, THEY ARE NOT A DIRECT MOVING COMPANY; THEY CONTRACT TO OTHER PEOPLE.

Let me tell my experience. I requested a quote to move all my items from Ohio to Georgia and I went through all the list of items I have in my apartment, and they quoted a price for lesser cubic feet, saying that everything will fit. They also promised they will take care of additional items as well if we have any and will also take care of TV packing and all other furniture. But once you make the payment, they don't respond to your calls. Once the driver reaches, he says everything is extra: to pack the TV $150 additional, to wrap the furniture $25 additional. He loaded 2 beds, a mattress, and 1 computer desk, 2 chairs, and 20 boxes—that's it. They say we don't have space anymore. For additional space, you need to pay $1200 extra.

Let me tell you the list of items I discarded or carried in my truck: Dining table, 4 chairs, TV stand, 4 bedside tables, 2 side tables, 4 stools, 2 ottomans, 2 garden chairs and table, 1 workstation, 10 boxes, 3 computer monitors, 2 suitcases, plants, standing lamps, mirror, coat hanger, and more. (These are all the items I mentioned before the quote, but still they couldn't take them because my space limit was over).

Finally, the truck delivered items after 3 weeks, and the truck driver asked for an additional $125 than the bill of lading. When you talk to the Pinnacle Moving Company about this, they respond saying this is what you signed up for; if you don't pay, they don't unload your items. I looked everywhere; there is no mention of $125. Of course, it is "THE PINNACLE GROUP"—this is how it works.

I feel pity for the people who working there. Not sure how there heart accepts to cheat/betray innocent people and make a living from them, so pathetic.

If you are getting service with them, GOOD LUCK.

Hard Worker!!

We had a mix of old furniture, kids’ items, random boxes that weren’t perfectly packed, and honestly just a lot of chaos. The movers didn’t seem bothered by it. They went room by room, asking what needed extra wrapping. My daughter’s small bookshelf was wobbly and I was worried about it breaking, but they stabilized it with padding and carried it separately. They handled the heavier items like the dining table and cabinets without bumping walls, which surprised me because our hallway is pretty narrow.
