This company lied throughout the whole process and I would write everything here, but limited by characters.I will fit in as much as I can. They claimed to not to broker out jobs. That was a lie, they moved my stuff several times on and off trucks even after requesting that I move into my apartment earlier so that they can keep my items on the truck (which I thought was the case anyway) and they moved it about 4 different times. They damaged my beds and got caught in a lie after their movers told me (behind the owner's back) that the owner told them to tell me my beds were already broken when they were never moved prior to this and only 3 years old. The owner was rude and argued me down about this as if he had any proof. They didn't come wearing masks even though south Florida is a hot spot for covid-19. They didn't come in company shirts like I was told that they would when Riki who I booked with told me this is how I would identify that their workers aren't brokered. Oh and don't be fooled by Riki, she is only nice until your stuff is out of your hands. My mattresses that I bought covers for, were off when they were delivered, and my mattresses were dragged on the floor and all bent up since they only sent two movers from the brokered company that delivered my items (I have video footage of that as well and pictures of before and after attached to this review) when they had 4 movers that moved me out. They misquoted me by $2000. They held my belongings hostage, after harassing me to sign another contract (trying to change terms) which I refused because I had already signed when they picked up my stuff and they proved to be untrustworthy. I was driving two states away while the owner called and text me several times harassing me about paying cash or with a USPS certified check for delivery when I already signed what I needed to sign. When I requested to hire someone else to finish the job since they were giving me a hard time, they told me I couldn't do have someone else pick my stuff up from storage. Then after finally getting them to deliver my stuff, the brokered company they hired tried to get me to sign off on their contract and make the USPS certified check out to their company, but I refused because they were not the company I hired. I tried calling the owner the whole day to complain, but I never heard from again. Mind you, the few days before he was calling me and texting me harassing me about money as if I had a choice to not pay. I needed my stuff of course I am going to pay even though they ripped me off. I never heard back from them after all the harassing they did to me while driving out of state. They never even sent me a final invoice stating that I paid my balance although I have proof of everything. Here is the link to the whole story. Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5580

This company runs by a very dishonest man ,poor handling of employees, I hired them to move us 140 miles,in an easy and light move,end up with very poor job ,employees had to be separated from each other to avoid fight ,no mechanical skill to disable, I gave up on on putting it together, I end up doing big part of the job since one of the employee left ,here come the fun part ,my charge was 1200 more than what we agree,7% of it was a credit card fee,that originally was 7% sales tax ,all of my dealing was done in Hebrew so there was no misunderstanding, very poor coustmer service,very dishonest, here is the stage for the owner Doron to respone,prove me wrong ,if you hire them ,you are in their mercy,

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3600

Due to having a large remodel done in our condo, we hired Paragon Van Lines (Ron Kadosh) to move all our furniture, appliances, and personal belongings to a climate controlled storage that he uses, for the length of the remodel and then bring back our move upon completion. We paid him over $2600.00 for the move and storage and when he returned our items we found that almost every piece of furniture had been damaged in what appeared to have been extreme careless and reckless handling. From bedroom furniture with cuts into the wood, peelings and bangs, to all living room tables with actual chunks of corners missing, refrigerator with scratched up handles and bottom, stove range all dented on top and frame scratched, dented and peeled, foyer table totally busted, leather human touch massage recliner peeled, ripped and stained, TV console totally stained on top surface and front, 1 broken ceiling fan, dining chandelier unusable, worped, chipped and missing pieces and several priceless glass/crystal items were broken. As if that wasn't bad enough there were items not returned and Mr. Kadosh simply stated that some of our missing items had been placed in a storage that had articles for auction. After days of trying to get him to return items there were still items missing like the mounting kit for our over the range microwave (which now can't be mounted and we have to purchase a new one) and the king bed support bars (which we had to purchase to build the bed). Of the found items, 2 of the 4 dining room chairs were scratched.
Mr. Kadosh initially stated that he would repair items but has failed to respond to my attempts of peaceful resolution of all the damage. We filled a claim at www.movingclaim.net on 4/27/2018 and as of yet we have not heard anything back. We contacted the department of agriculture and customer service to verify insurance and we are awaiting response.
It is beyond any comprehension that a professional moving company could produce this type of damage and even less professional is to not take any type of responsibility for repairing or replacing, however he had no problem whatsoever in collecting his fee. We had entered in a contract and we kept our end of it and Paragon Van Lines Inc breached their end by losing, breaking and damaging the mayority of our items. I feel extremely deceived, disappointed, discontent, frustrated and angry and feel that the public needs to be made aware of this company's lack of professionalism, lying about being A+ rated with the BBB, when they aren't even registered with them, advertising a Paragon moving truck and showing up in a no name truck or a Budget rental truck. As of today we still have not been able to contact any insurance company nor had any 3rd party company contact us. We are faced with extensive and expensive damage after entrusting our personal effects to this corporation and this dissatisfaction needs to be voiced and heard. If anyone is looking for a reputable moving company, this is NOT the one. Stay away from Paragon Van Lines if you Treasure your personal belongings.
None of this is exaggerated and there are before and after pictures to substantiate this complaint.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2600

I used paragon (Ron Kadosh) for two moves one week apart due to my having to move out of my apartment on Nov 30th and could not move into my new apartment until Dec 6. The first move was from Boynton Beach to a storage unit in Delray Beach. The second was from the storage unit to an apartment five minutes away also in Delray Beach. The first move went relatively ok except for some items just being "tossed" into the storage unit. Fortunately nothing was damaged. Since my belongings were already packaged and wrapped I felt it would be easier and less expensive to have them make the second move rather than unwrap everything and have someone else repack them. I paid them the agreed price and booked them for the next week. The move took appx. three hours. They arrived on time but this time there were three of them. Our agreement was for two men at a cost of $95 per hour. I didn't complain since I was in somewhat of a rush. They loaded the truck fairly quickly and we went to my new apartment. When we got there Ron Kadosh asked for the balance due him. I asked how he knew how much I owed him since he didn't know how long it would take. He informed me that the move was for a flat fee of $770. We argued since I had NEVER agreed to a flat fee. He said to either pay or he would drive off with my belongings. I told him to go ahead but I was not going to allow him to rob me. While he made a phone call my girlfriend convinced me to pay him and go after him afterward. I paid him $710. The entire move took three hours. I ended up paying him over $200 per hour. The man is a thief. There is no other way to put it. On his flyer he advertises that he is a member of the BBB and AMSA. He is a member of neither. I am in process of filing complaints with a host of regulatory agencies and business associations. When I attempted to look him up on the Dept. of Transportation site, he could not be found. Please believe me when I tell you not to use this mover. One more thing. When they took the deposit for the second move, $79, they took it twice. They said they would credit me but never did. I handled through my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $770

Stay away from this thieves,the worst experience we been through,on March 28/2019 we hired Paragon to move a few items that we had bought from a family in Plantation and to be moved to our place in Lauderhill,we had booked 3 hours and 3 man for the job,they were supposed to be in Plantation at 3pm,they showed up at 4:30pm and only 2 guys,one little guy in particular with a nasty attitude and disrespect who never even apologize for being almost 2 hours late. After watching the the little guy drag a couple of the kitchen chairs through the driveway I pick up one of the chairs and asked him to be careful with them his response was that he knew what he was doing.. minutes later he disappeared I went outside looking for him and he was standing by the truck on the phone again I reminded him we had a time frame to be out of the house and time was running out do to them being almost 2 hours late,the guy went off on me..
Soon we arrive at our place he tells us we need to pay cash at almost 8pm,I then ask to talk to his boss Ricky,the call to this woman was another waste of time she’s also unprofessional,rude,bad attitude person,she hung up on me,so he threatened to leave with the truck with our belongings in it if we didn’t give him the cash,after a few words he said he was calling the cops and that all extra time would be on us ??which he did,when the cops arrived he said that I had hit him,since no violence was involved and he lied about it,even the other guy that was with him denied any violence occurred,cops left.
We definitely learned a lesson,this people are liars,scammers ,they are collecting cash so they won’t have to pay taxes,they are ripping off people,I would give them a ZERO,STAY AWAY FROM PARAGON..

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $500

I wants to say it’s not easy to find the right movers but after all I finally found a company that really care about you the follow up with me from the moment the booked the job till 2 days before of the job the promised me to be at my place between 9-10 am the show up at 9:20 am this is already a good start the Forman and is crew came with a paragon van lines t-shirts so professional the promise me 5 hours job with the total of $500 I moved from 2 bedroom townhouse in east boca to west boca $500 including everything not a penny more the next day I got a follow up phone call from paragon manager Riki that make sure everything went well and I’m completely satisfied. Yes I’m I’m definitely going to use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

We used paragon van lines to moved a brand new furniture for our brand new salon ? that we opened in New York we have to pick up location in Florida the crew came here earlier in the morning the load all the products then the drove to the second location in fort Lauderdale to pick up the furniture the wrapping everything so nice with blankets and Shrink wrap and start driving to New York delivered the furniture without any damage two day after the pick up from New York the made of a second pick up for us back to Florida and again. Two days after everything arrived and again no damage. I’m definitely want to recommend paragon van lines to my friends family or any commercial business that need a good movers.

Called "Paragon Van lines", on emergency, to move our belongings to a very near by storage not realizing that have hired one the worst companies in the market. Not only we lost very valuable pieces of furniture, due to the negligence and poorly trained employees sent to do the job, that later, when we moved to our new home, we found that almost every piece of furniture had been damaged in what appeared to have been extreme careless and reckless handling. From bedroom furniture with cuts into the wood, peelings and bangs, to all living room tables with actual chunks of corners missing TVS totally scratched, 2 broken, and 1 disappeared table tops glasses, chipped and missing pieces and several priceless glass/crystal items were broken. As if that wasn't bad enough there were items not returned and Mr. Doron simply stated that, I should have taking the "insurance offered by the company" by Riki( that was never mentioned by that woman), and after filling a complaint with the BBB, they managed to get away without ever accepting responsibility for all the damage done, and, or, reimbursing us a penny for the loss. !!COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!

AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT, LAUGHING!!

PLEASE, BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PARAGON VAN LINES TO BE YOUR NEXT DESTROYING MOBERS!!

This was absolutely the worst experience with a moving company!! Ron and Riki made promises in the beginning and as soon as they picked up my stuff, everything changed! The price changed and the delivery date changed! Ron said the price was going to change because their initial price was an estimate, which I understood. But then he turned around and doubled the amount of the upcharge. When I tried to get in touch with him, he kept avoiding me. And I understand that they can not give you an exact date of delivery, but I explained to them I had to make flight arrangements for this move. Ron and Riki both assured me it would get up there the week of my move in date so I booked the flights. He avoided several calls from me for 5 days. After he finally answered he told me he would deliver my items 7 days after the agreed upon date. By this time it was too late to cancel my flight arrangements so I lost out on that money! Unfortunately I had to rebook another flight so I could be there for the delivery. My advice would be to NEVER use this moving company!!

I’ve used Paragon Van Lines services 2 years ago and I’m ready to move my house from NYC to Florida with this great company again.

The crew members are professional, they packed everything for me including my delicate items and I’ve received it all perfectly fine.

Crew members have arrived on time and when got to final destination they were very helpful and did not leave my house until everything was clear and clean.

Looking forward to see you guys soon for another move.

Literally the WORST business you could imagine. Unprofessional, HORRID customer service, and absolutely disgusting services. This is the absolute WORST company you could ever pick.

To say that we were under quoted and over promised would be an understatement of epic proportions. Our original quote was HALF what we ended paying, and the job wasn't even done right... not a single portion of it.

Riki promised us a full service move over the phone. I asked her multiple times about what our quote included, and she told me everything was covered.

When the movers arrived FIVE DAYS LATE, with a half size Uhaul, on the day we were supposed to be leaving the state... they weren't even half prepared.

"Ron" the manager is even worse. We were YELLED AT on the phone multiple times. Ron and Riki are not just rude though, they're also liars. When I called Riki concerned that the movers were coming SO late, she promised me that five people would be there to pack everything. TWO unprofessional movers showed up. They ate food in my cabinets without asking, and took beer from my fridge, and didn't get everything packed that day... big surprise.

Most of our household is broken. Boxes were filled with random stuff all dumped together, nothing wrapped, and most cracked and broken. Our big flat screen wasn't even put into a TV box, it was half covered with a single piece of flat cardboard... and broken. Our couch is ripped and the frame is cracked.

We could have left the entire house and bought everything new for less than what we paid this joke of a company.

Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $16000

Stay away from that moving company, they are just a bunch of liars. I engaged them for a move, I originally spoke with Riki, we agreed on a price, pickup date and delivery date. The day before my pick up date they called me saying that the truck had an issue and I would have to be patient and wait a couple of days! Then the driver Carlos starts to say that the estimated price done by Riki was not correct and would cost me 3K more than estimated! Then my delivery was scheduled was the 30th of September, but finally arrived on Oct 7th. The dispatcher Ron was absolutely not helpful and kept pushing back the delivery date. As of today, the company still hasn’t provided any receipt… So as a best advice, stay away from that moving company. This is the worst experience ever. They are plenty of other good and honest moving company, but Paragon is definitely not one of them

Professional servicemen came to Pick my items. All Items delivered without any damage. Good company to move. I shipped my things from Miami to Chicago. They came with 3 hours delay to pick and I need to convince the Leasing Office on the delay, rest assured and went will. David & Aron came and did a great job. Very professional and qualified people. Then dropped the things before the committed date, luckily i got an apartment and if NOT i don't know about the hassle. Similar experience while delivering, they delayed for 3 hours, but all things came safely and NOTHING missed or Damaged. Coz of the time delay done in Pickup and Drop.

I would like to thank Paragon for their experience and professionalism during our move from Florida (Boynton Beach) to Massachusetts. In particular - Ricky, who began our journey with our estimate as well as accommodating a last minute change in our schedule. In addition a special thanks to Daniel. He was super nice, patient and took very good care of our things. He had a long drive to make and once he arrived he unloaded the truck by himself with a Great attitude. He was friendly and very personable.
