Recent move from NYC

The crew worked incredibly well together and took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture. They seemed to me far more careful than previous movers we've used. Very pleasant to be around. They work VERY hard and efficiently. The management of Oz is also very responsive to queries and concerns.

I was very satisfied with the job they did. We had to move a three bedroom apartment of furniture to a storage locker in Westchester. The salesman who came to give an estimate was polite and assuring. The crew was professional and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the whole job in time. We did much of our own packing and they carefully boxed what we could not. Very good service. We had used them a few years ago and will use them again.

Great team! This was my second move with Oz and the process was easy from start to finish. I worked with Naqeeb over the phone and the team they sent was phenomenal! The guys were a little late due to rain/traffic but they still managed to get us moved in under the estimated time. Took great care of our things and were professional. These movers did a great job. They were polite, professional, asked the necessary questions instead of making assumptions, were super careful with our furniture and moved us in as fast a time as possible. Couldn't have asked for a better team - very happy with the results. They placed the furniture exactly where it needed to go and assembled as the pieces that need to be assembled. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Real Pros.

Oz showed up on time and ready to get to work. I moved out of a high rise with only one freight elevator. In about two hours our stuff was packed up and loaded into the truck. I noticed in the truck everything was placed neatly and safe. Oz took great care of our belongings while moving into our new home with brand new hardwood floors. I would higly recommend them for any move.

Wasted time and money.

Came in for a visual estimate and quoted a price. Confirmed it on the phone and then the price via email was 2.5x. Very disappointing. In the meanwhile made me waste 1 week for the visual inspection. Worst company I have dealt with.

Professional and timely.

Unaccountable, rude customer service.

Movers left truck unattended for a few minutes and finished inventory after the fact. That's where I believe my boxes were taken off the truck. They went against regulation. Showed up with two men upon delivery instead of three. I will tell everyone I know not to use.

Flawless move.

Big complicated move.

Oz did great on a big move from a townhouse to a complicated elevator building. Very careful with all my things both on move out and in. Pleasant to be around, efficient and the price was competitive including storage between moves. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them for anyone. It always depends on the team you get but they were responsive both on site and to making arrangements beforehand-- emails returned quickly etc. thumbs up.

This was my third move with Oz within the past 4 years and I can say their quality of service is the reason why I stick with them. Everything worked like a well oiled machine. They came to pack the first day and moved the second day. Matthew the project manager and Cesar the moving lead were terrific and professional. I appreciate that I have never received a change order above the fee they quoted. I highly recommend Oz Moving and Storage.

Long Move Made Easy.

Big Moves.

I've trusted two big moves to Oz, both within Manhattan, but both including whole, large lived-in-for-years apartments' worth of stuff. Their pricing was always fair, and they could not have been more trustworthy, prompt or helpful. The last move was six years ago, so I don't remember the cost, but I feel as if it was well worthwhile. I would not hesitate to recommend Oz or use them again.

Oz Moving is amazing.

I've had to move twice in the last 10 months in NYC and it is not fun (hopefully that's it for a long time), but both moves couldn't have gone better thanks to OZ. Ivan and his crew couldn't have been more professional & efficient. I was dreading the 4th floor walk-up stairs we moved into but the guys made it look like a breeze. I recommend Oz to everyone.
