Overseas Packers & Shippers

The drivers were given keys to a safe and roofbox with our shipment (which they acknowledge they received) but when asked where the keys are when our goods were delivered to us overseas their only response was "we packed them in a box". It begs the question why would you pack keys to a locked item in any box - what would customs do when they needed to check the items requiring keys? The keys are not in ANY box as we have been through every box meticulously. The owner is extremely rude and hung up on me when I told her to stop blaming us and that she is responsible. We are now required to lodge an insurance claim at an expense of another $200.00 to us through no fault of our own. This company is beyond poor. DO NOT USE!

All good..... Until we received our shipment minus our tv. Tv was still sitting at their warehouse in Brisbane. Didn't even bother to inform us during the month+ our goods were in transit. After mucking us around saying they didn't know when they could send tv I asked them to just send by fastest way. Tv finally arrived after weeks of no results and it was damaged. OPS tried to pass the blame on to another company and was not able to get an answer for 2 months, when I told OPS I'm complaining to relevant authority they offered me a third of what replacement tv is worth. Declined and have been patiently waiting for nothing. Have just complained to fair trade and afra. General Manager, Paul McCluskey can't even address us or sign off when emailing his brilliant one line replies. Shows the unprofessional attitude starts at the top of their organisation. Stay well clear of this organisation. WeHave emails, photos and video evidence.
