This guys are pros

My photography studio move involved cameras, lighting equipment, and fragile backdrops. The movers treated each item like it was their own. They secured stands and tripods so nothing tipped over during the ride. Every piece arrived ready to use, which meant I could set up in the new space immediately without worrying about repairs or replacements for damaged gear.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The crew was fantastic. They arrived ready to work and had my entire apartment packed up in no time. They treated my fragile boxes with extra care, and nothing was damaged during the move. They even helped set up my bed, so I didn't have to worry about it later. Their positive attitude made a big difference, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to make my move as easy as possible.

Save yourself some extra stress and do…

Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money.

Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

Just DON’T

Before considering using this company , do me a favor and just take all your possessions and your sanity and just set them on fire.

First - they claim to be a moving company when you hire them. Then they “assign” the load to a company they own (but they won’t tell you this ). The reason for this is so that they can absolve themselves of any issues that arise because “they are just the broker “.. then the moving co(ours was 5 STARS moving co”) and NWMS- will bat you back and forth and call each other liars while neither one takes responsibility. Specifically Erica and Kris from 5stars moving and Paula Spencer from NWMS. Paula will talk sweet as pie the first time you call. Then she will lie to you repeatedly and avoid your calls texts and emails. She has no shame and no trouble lying her ass off.

Just read the reviews on here , not the fake ones on their website etc. DO NOT HIRE

DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services…

DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties.

The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation.

I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

It all worked out well!

Moving can be stressful, but Paula made everything feel easy. On moving day, Ian and Kris arrived on time, fully prepared to handle my belongings with care. They wrapped my large sectional sofa in protective coverings and made sure all my electronics were safely packed. They also took extra care with my collection of framed artwork, using plenty of bubble wrap and corner protestors. Their hard work and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and it made the move much less daunting.

They did a great job.

The team disassembled and reassembled all the furniture that needed it. Our fridge barely fit through the door, so they had to take off the fridge doors and our front doors, then carry it down a narrow flight of stairs. They did a great job given the circumstances, and I'm very grateful.
