      Eviction

Hired the Movers on Duty for an eviction in PG County Maryland. This was an amazing experience. Gabriel and crew showed up 30 minutes early and got the work done very quickly. They complied with the sheriff’s orders and cleaned the house thoroughly. This was an intensive job where I needed 10+ movers. Definitely going to be using them on my next eviction.

Hidden Fees and Inaccurate Assessment - Cost us Thousands

This was, without question, one of the worst moving experiences we’ve ever had—and as a military family with plenty of experience moving, that says a lot. The initial “visual” assessment of our home was inaccurate, and then, on the actual day of the pack-out, Gabe decided that certain items would not be moved. This was completely unacceptable. We contracted this company to move our household, not to decide at the last minute which of our belongings they were willing to take. Our belongings were then carelessly loaded into a U-Haul, resulting in significant damage to our property. What made an already terrible experience even worse was being blamed for the damage rather than seeing the company take responsibility, blamed and cursed at by Gabe. (I see the people that gave them positive ratings only moved to a different town, this makes sense.)

We paid for a professional moving service and expected our belongings to be handled accordingly. Instead, we were left dealing with damaged property, unexpected decisions about what would and would not be moved, and a company that did not take meaningful responsibility for the problems. This experience was incredibly frustrating from start…
