I needed a hot tub moved on short notice. The crew of four arrived ahead of schedule. The tub needed to be moved from one home to another and it couldn't have gone better. It was indoors at the starting location and had to be carried through the house and out the front door. The crew moved quickly, but carefully and cleaned up completely at our starting point. They got the spa unloaded and set it to my requested specs at my home. The entire process was less than 2 hours and they made it look easy. Truly professional moving, courteous service and the job were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Thanks, guys!

The Miracle moving team arrived at my home at 9am and began packing and blanket wrapping piano and furniture. They were very professional and cheerful as they went about their task. Movers knew exactly the right and caring treatment needed for our expensive furniture. Guys completed the move to our fourth floor condominium in Thornhill without any damage to our furnishings. The move went good and my my family were very grateful for their care and cost. Really skilled movers. Five Stars all the way!!!!!

Excellent choice! The quote was competitive, they were able to meet our buildings' COI requirements, and the move went very smoothly! Customer service leading up to the move was also excellent - they responded quickly to all of my inquiries and never got annoyed when I asked more questions. I also appreciated that I could change the items being transported up until the night before, and when they adjusted the quote for the additional items, it was only by a small amount. Could not have been a better experience!

I was looking to move homes, and finally decided to go ahead with Miracle based on their existing reviews. On my initial consultation with them, they seemed to be friendly and were more than willing to explain how their moving process works. I was moving from a semi-detatched home in Toronto to my newly bought Detatched home, and naturally had a lot of belongings to take with me. On the moving day, they bought along a team of 3, and they explained the process to me again. They arrived at 9AM, and the moving had been completed by 4PM, which was ahead of schedule. They actually charged me less because the service was delivered in a shorter time frame. What I found really interesting about their team was that they took the initiative to go into my home, and manually start lifting furniture and my belongings, and taking them to their truck. With other teams, I've found that they like to wait patiently at their truck to start taking instruction. With Miracle, they were more than willing to get their hands dirty and carry out everything I own. The moving process was fantastic, and no items were damaged as far as I can tell. They did a top notch job, and I'm ever so pleased!

From the start, working with Ron, to the last good-bye and thank you to Mike this has been a tiring but excellent process and all of us are appreciative of your organized system (love the bin rental), your labelling process and how efficient everything was handled. Your hard-working crew of men were right on task but were also very pleasant and courteous. Without people like Mike and Eugene, plus the rest of their crew, I don’t know how we might have survived this much-bigger-than-expected move! I can not say enough good things about Miracle and its movers. They showed up on time and did an absolutely amazing job relocating us to a fourth floor walk up. The way the movers dealt with the stairs was amazing especially with our heavy sofa and mattresses, They were totally professional and really just went at it to get everything done efficiently and carefully. The office was easy to work with and I was able to book this move without any trouble. This is now my go to company I would use to move in Toronto. Thank you so much.

My wife and I thought that our move out to Toronto would have definitely been something not to look forward to, but Miracle Movers proved us wrong. I think choosing a mover must be one of the most important decisions you will make as things can go horribly wrong. But I can honestly say that this couldn't have been further from the truth. The movers ensured we knew from the start how things would go. They also wrapped all our belongings really carefully and surprisingly fast. My wife was mostly worried about a couple of antique cabinets that had a lot of glass faces to them. Our agent told us that they would be bubble wrapped and then given further protection with padded blankets. The movers sure took care with them.We would like to express our total gratitude. They made our move seem quite facile. They were true professionals and they really knew what they were doing. My wife and I will definitely be using the services of Miracle in the future as well if required.
