Miracle Movers is always transparent with their customers, thus we are notifying them right away that the estimate is non-binding, which means that it may be shorter on labor time or it may extend if any not mentioned circumstances will appear during the moving event (not accurate inventory, layout description missing important notes, e.t.c.)
We do admit that your labor hours took 50 minutes longer, but definitely not twice more, as you've mentioned in your review, and mostly based on the traffic the crew drove through due to the fact that your move has been scheduled for the late afternoon start time upon request and as per our policy we are notifying customers about the possibility of the delays during this time of the day (though such delays are rarely happening). We do not rip our customers of, but highly value them and providing them with the repeat customers' discounts as well as it was in your case. We apologize that we could not accommodate with your discount request on the flat truck fee, since we do not have such one as well as the travel time from one location to another is included in labor since the crew is still on duty during that time, about what you were notified by the agent and no mentions about waving this amount were identified (though we`ve been notified that you've stated opposite and we ran an internal investigation on this matter).
We do appreciate when our customers are expressing their gratitude by providing the crew with tips, but there's no way movers would be careless with items or pressure the customers in order to get any extra from them. As you`ve been pointing on honesty moments, we would expect the same reading your review.
It is really upsetting situation to receive such a feedback, though we had a good collaboration in the past.
We apologize that we could not meet all of your requirements mentioned above, that led to your disappointing, though we were happy to assist you with your move and wish you all the best in your new home.
