Frequent mover

I have moved many times over the years and this is the first wonderful experience I have had in many many years. When they arrived they got right to work carefully packing and moving my precious belongings OK. When they arrived they got right to work carefully packing and moving my precious belongings. I hired Medal if Honor Moving Co. to move my family in Florida. We went 3 towns away but it could have been to another state. The way they handled our things was amazing. They were timely ,courteous . and extremely professional. The quote I received was great and they were right on the money. Even though we threw a few extras in. I would highly recommend them if you going near or far. If I was to ever move again they would be the only company I would use.

They were very friendly and efficient

I recently used Medal of Honor Moving Group to move from a duplex to an apartment. The guys that showed up were professional, on time, and very fast. I moved out of my house and into my apartment in two-hours. They even helped me reassemble my bed frame. They carefully wrapped my furniture in plastic and used blankets to cushion my goods in the truck. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Max. His crew is the best.

We've used Ben's team at Medal of Honor Moving Group three times in the last six years for whole-house moves for our family of five in TX and NY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, *please read* before considering them for your move. Firstly, Medal of Honor is a moving broker which they do not disclose up front. After they receive your deposit, they tell you which company ACTUALLY will be doing your move, which in my case was MMG Moving, LLC. I regret not looking further into MMG up front, as I am just finding out after my nightmare experience that MMG’s current owner as per Florida’s online business records, [NAME EDIT], was indicted for a moving fraud scheme worth over $12m in February of this year (see link below). Nonetheless, Medal of Honor brokered with this company and assured me that they meet the client’s “first available delivery date” 90% of the time, which we had set for November 25th. MMG picked up my belongings in Tampa, FL on November 19th, and the driver stated that he would be the one driving it to Charlotte, NC for our first available delivery date of November 25th. When I contacted Medal of Honor on November 25th, I was told that our belongings were still sitting in a Tampa warehouse waiting for a different driver out of CA to pick them up. After 16 days, our belongings finally arrived in a giant 75’ truck, which was far too large to get into the parking lot (or any standard parking) of our new complex. After already paying $3,898, which was the full estimate of the move, we were told it was going to be at least another $500 to move our belongings into a smaller truck, plus other fees for carrying over 100’. At this point, to avoid incurring nearly another $1,000, we were told we have the option to move our belongings into our own rented truck and complete the remainder of the move ourselves, which is what we settled on. The following day, I contacted MMG as I was expecting a refund of a portion of the $3,898 as the delivery driver did not have to fulfill the service of unloading, moving, reassembly of all furniture, etc. I pointed out the provision of the contract that states that “the total estimated charges for service is not a guarantee of the final total actual charges – which may increase or decrease based upon actual services performed”. Despite the contract, [NAME EDIT] at MMG said “I get what you’re saying, but that’s not how it works.” I’ll be filing complaints against both Medal of Honor and MMG with the Attorney General, BBB, FTC, and as many outlets as it takes to obtain a refund or make sure others avoid these companies at all costs.

Absolutely reliable

We had a few tight spots in our old apartment, but the movers handled everything like pros. They didn't scratch the walls or ding any of our furniture. When we got to the new apartment, they quickly unloaded everything and placed it where we wanted it. The only problem we had was with the couch, but the movers quickly found a solution and got it up to the third floor. These guys are worth every penny.

Easy Move

I recently used Medal of Honor Moving Group for a cross-country move, and the team was punctual and professional and took great care in packing and loading our belongings onto the truck. Whole process so easy

Medal of Honor Moving Group made our move so easy with no stress. We would certainly recommend this company two anyone who is moving. The staff was polite and honest. The packing service was a great option as my mum is no longer able for that 'the moving and packing were all done in one day. The other company that came out to us told us it would take two days. That's where we saw the honesty in My moving by only charging for one day. We were told about this company through a friend who had moved. We were satisfied as we had our information through a good friend. Thank you once again.
