I am writing to tell you about my long weekend experience with this terrible company (yes, I emailed, called, and tried to resolve them first, but they never responded to ANYTHING).

During transportation, there was a lot of messiness and miscommunications, but that's tolerable, so I'll skip those details. Upon delivery, I immediately opened all the boxes to make sure everything arrived safely. That was when I discovered they dropped off boxes from a completely different customer besides mine.

I immediately contacted the driver to communicate the mistake they made. Instead of coming to get the boxes of the stranger (their other customer), they gave my phone number and address to this stranger so we could arrange a handoff between us. I told them I didn't want a stranger at my home and asked them to come get the stuff. The stranger called me and asked me to let them come get their stuff and that they already had my address. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS! How could this company give out my address and phone number? This has to be some sort of violation of privacy, right? I had 17 phone calls from the people whose stuff I had. Also, there are numerous text messages and threats from them. As if that wasn’t enough, they showed up at my house at 5:00 pm to ask for their things. I spent my weekend trying to unpack and was harassed the whole time. To make matters worse, the company completely ghosted me when I asked for them to make reparations for this indiscretion. This leads me to believe they have no regard for their customer's privacy or safety. I have everything (calls, emails and texts) documented and will go to the AG of FL if they continue to ignore me. You've been warned. Don't do business with this disgraceful company.

We hired these people cause of their reviews. BIG MISTAKE! They did nothing but take more and more money and did not help advocate for us one bit. They told us they had their own movers they used exclusively and they didn’t which they told us later. Then when the movers that THEY hired broke my brand new washer, I was given the run around!! They called me a liar and their behaviors were just appalling!! These individuals put so much extra stress on me that I ended up in the hospital with chest pains, high blood pressure, and rapid heart rate. All of which I have never had an issue with until all of this. Please save yourself the stress and hospital visit!! Go with someone else!!

Everyone was great! Upon calling for information, they gave me the full run down immediately. I barely had any questions when they were done. I gave them some preliminary information about our move and they provided suggestions for pick up dates as well as packaging. They were actually early and ready to work, which was great. We pre-packed everything, so they just collected the furniture etc. Ran down how everything was going to work and left us with all necessary documents. We were kept in the loop regarding our belongings' location with periodic tracking updates. We were alerted of our delivery date in advance. We received phone calls the day before and the day of pick up/drop off. Everything was very smooth. Every item and box that went out, came back.

I found these movers to be brilliant. From the first conversation, to the quote, to the delivery of moving boxes, communication was first class, very flexible and put my mind at ease all the way through. On the move day they arrived on time, both guys were lovely, very professional and polite. They handled all of my belongings with great care and nothing was too much trouble at all. I have to say they went above and beyond to provide a first class service; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future moves. Just perfect. Thank you so much guys! All very much appreciated, you made what could’ve been a really stressful move into a pleasant experience.
