Very easy move.

Cross country moves are never easy and I knew that this would follow the same path. Luckily I chose a company that is well-versed and experience in cross country moving so the whole relocation was actually very pleasant. We had no issues and enjoyed our moving experience from beginning to end.

Great company.

This wasn't the longest or most complicated move, but for us it was very important to get this done correctly. I'm happy with the results and they speak for themselves. Our piano was a little damaged upon arrival, so I was happy that independence van lines owed up to the mistake and addressed the issue immediately. Thats how a true company should act -- to make the customer happy first and foremost, above all else.

I'm very happy because I certainly know that things could have been a lot worse. While the price was a little steep, the customer service made up for it and they stuck to the time frame we agreed on. If I were to use them again I would negotiate a better deal but otherwise they are great Movers.

Amazing company.

Overall I have no complaints about their work and we would use them again if need be. Independence Van Lines came through one another movers did not and moved are things cross state lines very quickly. The offer a reasonable price and have really good customer service which were the best parts of the whole experience.

My praises about independence van lines could last for hours. They are movers that really take their deadlines seriously, and will do anything to meet them.
