Local move within Pennsylvania

Good experience.

I used ID Noble movers to move from PA to CO. When the staff arrived to pick up my items they were quick, professional and took the time to make sure all of my items were placed on the truck as quickly as possible and with "care" Then the delivery was made to my home in CO, once again the staff handled my items with care and placed and set up everything with care. All I had to do was let them know where I wanted to put it! No broken items, everything was still in tact for a move across the country. The only "slight" criticism is communication of the status of my delivery. I would use this company again.

Would highly recommend!

Moving in GA is never easy, but Id Nobel made the process go much more smoothly than any mover I have ever used. They were efficient and quick, but also took care and made sure everything was packed well and made it safely down the stairs. Everything arrived in good order and they didn't leave until we were certain everything was in the right place.

Long-distance move from Warwick, NY to Jacksonville, FL

Terrible Experience.

We were confirmed for August 14th to have our items picked up in Warwick, no one showed or answered our phone calls as we waited( Our initial contact was Lucas Wood who promptly disappeared once the contract was signed). We were not able to make our planned flights to Florida because they called us at 8 pm , on the 14th to tell us they were coming on the 15th. sorry!

So Now it is September 15th , we are in our apartment in Florida, We still do not have our items our a date when to expect them.

We have had exactly to Phone calls answered in the past 30 days from ID Nobles.

The only comfort I have in reading all these terrible reviews is that they are a real company.

I have in writing from 2 associates at ID NObles that the move time is approx 2- 5 business days. I won't reveal there names in case they are good people but just dumb??

When I did speak to one associate he stated that there are delays because of the Quarrantine, however I was informed in the second and ONLY OTHER phone that was answered , that our stuff was still in a warehouse in NY, not quarrantinig in Florida.

Again I won't reveal their names in case these two associate are not scammers but just dumb.

I have reported them to the better business bureau for negligent customer service and false advertising, they out right lied to me.

I was a small business owner, and we all understand there is fine print in contracts, however and although I might not have been "technically liable" for an array of situations, as a business owner, I did not make it my practice to act negligently, ignore my clients, and literally lie to them under the umbrella of "we are human and all make mistakes".

Terrible company, stay away

I would 100% not recommend this company. They use brokers, the salesmen will tell you anything to get your business then they will try anything they can to screw you over. They are currently trying to extort me for more money when I paid over what I owed. They quote low then add extra fees and don’t show you paperwork or reasons for the extra charges. I did the math out myself and showed the foreman, who was the only competent person at the company, and he agreed that it was correct. I still paid $100 more than I was supposed to (almost a full thousand dollars over quoted price). They showed up two days late after lies about trucks breaking down, then got to my moving destination three days late without letting me know. I called and emailed and texted to no avail. Stay as far away from this unprofessional sorry excuse of a company as you possibly can.

Good.

The ID Noble Movers team was efficient and professional. Have used them twice now and would definitely recommend them because of their professionalism. Very humbled in nature and dedicated towards work. Also they provide reasonable quote and don’t have nay hidden or extra fees.

ID Noble Movers and team are fantastic I moved with them two times both the times they moved super heavy items easily. The team was friendly, cheerful and great. I love how professionally they did everything. Best company around.

Excellent!

I called ID Noble Movers after having had a terrible experience with another company. I had relocated temporarily and needed to find a company to move me back home on short notice. The ID Noble Movers were on the board for me. They were really helpful. I recommend them to all.

Long-distance move from New Jersey to Florida

Stay away.

They picked up my households on 28th July and supposed to deliver on 3rd of August. Today is 19th August, still have not receive anything. They do not pick up their phone ever or reply my any emails. Stay away from this company.

ID Noble Movers did a wonderful job! They were prompt, efficient, calm, and helpful as we were dealing with last minute stuff and two cats! Couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with my move. I will highly recommend them!
