They handled everything very well.

I had a long-distance move with a collection of antique wooden chairs. Howards Vanlines inc wrapped each chair separately so the legs wouldn’t rub against each other. Stolen ad broken itens.

They piled heavy boxes on top of lighter ones, crushing the contents inside. I ended up with shattered glassware that was carefully wrapped. Felt like they didn’t care one bit. Poor estimate and poor communication.
