Impressed

The Green Leaf Moving showed up about 5 minutes early. The movers did a quick assessment of everything with the entire crew. The movers came and went to work. Everything was carefully packed up. Even with that distance, they still came in UNDER their estimated time by about 3 hours with no damage to any furniture and nothing but positive attitudes. Recommended!

Destorying my possessions

Hire anybody but this horrible company my stuff was treated like garbage. Multiple broken items lost valuable possessions, my garbage men treat my garbage better then green leaf movers threated my possessions.

Greenleaf HUGE disappointment

We hired Green Leaf to do a mini move. Our sales person was "Steve" (If that's his real name). He was Super nice and very assertive and attentive and even a little pushy during the sales process. He called everyday to earn our business and assured us of how well our move was going to go and how Green leaf operates for its "satisfied" customers. He even gave us the "family" price. Once he received our deposit payment he was a ghost, unable to be reached and not answering any of the phone numbers he had called us from and non-responsive to our texts. Our move date was supposed to be 6/30 or 7/1. NO ONE showed up to pick up our belongings. We called customer service who explained that the mover they lined up "backed out". They then gave another date of 7/6 or 7/7 and told us to expect a call to give us the time and date to meet the mover. The call never came. I did a bunch of research on other sites like BBB and Yelp and saw that they have zero satisfied clients on those sites and that most of those folks had the same problems we were having and even worse with stories of over charging, broken items, late deliveries, holding of items ransom for additional payments, etc. After reading those reviews I was more than concerned. We decided our best course of action would be to rent a moving truck and move our items ourselves. So we did. I don't know who these magical people are that loved the service they received from Green Leaf. I can only say that they did NOT perform ANY of the service they were hired to and they were not at all responsive. By moving ourselves I feel that we avoided many more hardships along the way and feel fortunate that they let us down by not even being able to have our items picked up from our old home. When you read their terms and conditions it is clear that they expect you to be unhappy as their terms include the client agreeing not to post negative posts on social media and not to dispute credit card charges. They consider that their services are fully rendered 72 hours after receiving the deposit payment regardless if they successfully brokered the move. Their terms are one sided and laughable. I'm not going to tell anyone what to do but if you don't want the screwing of a lifetime, a stressful move, dishonesty and lies, and an overall miserable experience than do your homework on this company and make an educated decision. Because I am trying very hard to be kind, I am leaving out all of the expletive's and name calling that are really appropriate in this situation. Green leaf was a total FAIL.

Well done!

I rarely write reviews on such platforms, and this one is long overdue but for anyone who needs movers, look no further! The crew of three not only worked for 12 hrs. With just a lunch break and water breaks, but did so with smiles and incredibly positive attitudes no matter what challenges faced them. They also expertly assembled furniture and even helped with placement suggestions. Not a single scratch, break or scuff on walks. I was beyond impressed, and they made a long and exhausting move (in 90-degree weather), fun and even joyful.

I used their flexible service to transport items from MD to FL. I spoke with Carlton a few times, and she was always very helpful and flexible to accommodate my requests. Even when she didn’t know the answer to my query, she wouldn’t fob me off, but she would go find out and get back to me. The drivers who came to pick up the items were also very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company for an easy and smooth moving experience.

Long-distance move from New York to California

My move to California

I paid $3050.46 for my small move. Which would be 30 medium box, 3 mirrors and a fish tank. I told them I would be moving to my new place in California on August 11. So the person I did my contract with said my stuff should be picked up on July 24 so it would arrive on time. So apparently they hire the worst mover ever called Always Affordable moving and storage. It is now August 27 and my stuff is still not on it way, everytime I call they said theirs no ETA. But yet they had no problem taking my down payment and calling like crazy when the pick up deposit didn’t go through. When they claim they tried to deposit it and my bank called them and told him it was an allowed to. But when I called my bank they told me the check I didn’t even try to be deposit. When I finally did figure out a way to give them their pick up deposit they said great we will start shipping your stuff to you. Well that was about two weeks ago when all that happened and I called today and again same answer no ETA on my stuff. If my stuff doesn’t come by September 1 I will be taking legal action.

Awful Experience

It has been a month since our belongings were packed up. Price increased $3000 from quote when movers arrived. We've been calling everyday with no idea when our stuff will arrive. Green Leaf & AllPro say they will call back with information and no one calls. Fingers crossed we see our stuff again. This was an awful experience and both companies did not alleviate any issues.

Poor see

They are the absolute worst service and if I could give zero stars you can guarantee I would. I moved my mom out here in June scheduled the move in April plenty of time, when the time came they called said someone would pick her stuff up on a Wednesday they never showed we gave them until Friday, I ended up having to get a uhaul to move her out here and I still haven’t received my refund from them. Apparently they think of they ignore me I will quietly go away. I even filed with the better business bureau. So I would say the worst company ever. Don’t use them if you don’t need to.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This was literally a nightmare you can’t make up. Do not go through a brokerage(whichtheyare) go straight through moving company. I waited 7 hrs and they NEVER showd up on scheduled time they gave me night before. I called them multiple times and they told me the movers were 30-45 min out. They never showed. Then the mover from All pro calls and said he was never scheduled for that day but the following day. Then when they showed up 4 hours later than he told me the following day they could not fit my items from the estimate. He told me the estimate was extremely incorrect by 100%. So instead of $4000 they would have charged me over $8000/double. They will not refund you either. They will tell you they have 2 days no matter what they schedule. Your time is of absolutely no concern. They refused refund and I have alllll of it on recording. I am now having to sue. Seriously you will regret it

Scam Artists. We contracted with them and they called telling us the day they would come. They never showed up. We calked they said they would get back to us, never did. When we had to get another moving company, they refused to refund us

Fabulous Move

You will pay a bit more than you would for some other movers, but the quality difference is stark. You can tell pretty much from the first look their trucks are new, uniforms are clean, the way they speak is professional, a very good company from the get-go. Use them.
