Long-distance move from Fort Lauderdale, FL to San Anselmo, CA

Great service!

I genuinely respect how hard they worked, what care they took with all my belongings and how quickly they got the job done without me having to lift a finger. They wrapped everything with total care, so there was no worry my stuff was being mishandled, and they were just all-around charming guys. Very happy with the move - they relieved all stress from what can usually be a very stressful day, and in the future, I will call them again :) Thanks, guys!!!

Long-distance move from Taft, CA to Miami, FL

I am a satisfied customer now

Lawrence, Christopher, and the team were stellar. They were super-organized, polite, communicative, and efficient. They were highly transparent. They provided an email estimate before the move date and followed up by phone to ensure I received it. Christopher even called during the move to make sure things were going smoothly. I recommend them to friends and family.

Long-distance move from Nacogdoches, TX to New York, NY

They Were Mind Blowing

I contacted the Exclusive Van Lines, got a quick response, requested a three-person move, and scheduling was easy with TX. They provide a reminder before your move and a heads up when they are on the way. Movers were on time and started quickly. We had most of our stuff wrapped and boxed, but they added protection where it was needed. They carefully drove my stuff. No issues there. We arrived at my new place, and while I could see movers from another company mostly standing around, Exclusive Van Lines movers hustled to get everything moved quickly. Recommended!

Long-distance move from Florida to Massachusetts

Excellent service at a reasonable price

Christopher, Charles, and Richard knocked it out of the park! They were meticulous, ensuring everything was wrapped and safe for the move. I had heavy furniture on the third-floor townhome, and they moved it all effortlessly. Each guy was thoughtful with everything they did and handled it with care. I highly recommend this company, especially these three men, for any move! Thank you all so much for making us two girls feel comfortable during your time with us. Also, the pricing can't be beaten! Every penny was worth their trustworthy crew with all of my belongings. Thank you again so much! I'll be recommending your group to all my friends and family.

Long-distance move from Bronx, NY to Jacksonville, FL

No Complaints

This was my second experience using Exclusive Van Lines. I was delighted with them on my first experience, enough that I didn’t call around for another quote. The two VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL guys they sent out named Christopher and Matthew were AWESOME!!! I know the situation these guys had to work under must have been uncomfortable because of the tensions in the room. Still, they kept focused on the work and maintained a smile. They worked hard wrapping my stuff and were very careful with my belongings. THANKS, GUYS!!!!!!

Long-distance move from Dallesport, WA to Parlin, NJ

Well Done

Russell and his team promptly came and got to work. They arrived quickly, handled the situation expertly, and produced the desired results. Despite the fact that he didn’t have to, he drove his own car back to the house the next day to pick up the refrigerator I’d left in the garage after signing the paperwork. Exclusive Van Lines is the company to call if you’re planning a relocation in the near future. They really do a great job!

Long-distance move from Tacoma, WA to Marietta, GA

Thumbs up

Albert and crew were patient with me, cheerfully loaded the extra boxes, and helped get things straightened out as to what went where. Excellent service, all of my stuff is safe and damage-free. Pricing was stated upfront, well-explained, there were no surprises at the end, names of movers are on the invoice, and basic insurance is provided with rates. They are a new company, but the owner has years of experience working for other movers. The other two guys seem to, too.

King Mover

The entire team was terrific. Best movers we've ever hired! The team handled everything without any problem or hesitation. The whole house was moved without any damage. They took the time to carefully pack up all our items. They put everything back together once everything was delivered to the new home. They were friendly and made a move as easy as possible. We are so happy to have hired Exclusive Van Lines and highly recommend it to others that need help moving!

All did well

We had an excellent moving experience with Exclusive Van Lines. They sent four guys who arrived on time and began moving us out of our home. They moved our boxes and furniture while protecting our floors and walls from damage. Each item was placed in the designated room during the unload which made unpacking a breeze. Thank all of you for the hard work. Moving is never fun or easy.

Use them again

I've worked with several moving companies before. They were top-notch. So good that I referred it to my friend, and he had the same experience, fantastic. Feels good to give a recommendation like that and have it play through. They are hard workers, have a good attitude, take care of my stuff well, and are pros. They wrapped all of the oversized items very carefully and didn't have issues with our requests. I will work with them again!

Long-distance move from Fayetteville, NC to Orange, TX

Damaged property

My property was picked up in Fayetteville N.C. on June 30, 2023 and delivered on July 28, 2003. On delivery there were several pieces of damaged property. #1 One of the support railings for my bed was missing and it was left in the floor unassembled. #2 My dresser was destroyed. #3 A knob was broken off of my washing machine. #4 A screw on a shelf was missing. #5 Missing a black suitcase. Don't use this company. When I call the number on my invoice they deny that they are that company. It took 4 weeks for delivery and every time I called to check on delivery date, they couldn't give me any information, only got the run-around. Not very profesional

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Unfortunately I fell for this scam run by two “moving” companies, currently using the names Exclusive Van Lines and Bridgeview Van Lines. These people are thieves who use the moving industry as their method of theft. Based on a FaceTime walk though of all the things in my apartment to be moved, they quoted me a price of $2,900 for an intercity move, somewhat less than what other companies quoted, but not a lot less. Though my lease was ending, they wouldn’t give me a date for when they would do the move until a few days before. However as those days came and went I kept calling them, they kept promising me to call me back within a specific time, and they never did. With just a couple days left and no response from them, I was forced to scramble to look for last minute alternates.

They did finally show up with one day left. I was so relived they actually came, and really had no alternatives, so that when they announced that even though I had 10% FEWER boxes than they estimated, they were going to charge me a total of $6,170, more than double what they had quoted me (and a lot more than any other moving company I had talked to months before). At this point I had no alternative, so I agreed.

When they arrived at the moving destination, they demanded that before opening the truck and letting me even see my belongs that: a) I sign a document saying that I had already received all my belongings, and that they were all in good condition, b) I pay the remaining balance of $1,270 in cash, and c) that I pay them an additional $500 in cash for what they said was a long hallway (it was less than 50 feet, and they knew all along that this was going into a big apartment building). They made it very clear that they were holding my belongs hostage until I did all these things, and if I didn’t do them, I’d never see any of my belongs again. The movers put me on the phone with their boss in the Bronx, who in full Mafia style was really threatening and nasty, and dared me to call the police, and told his men to just drive away.

In order to get my belongings, I had to do everything they said. My boxes were beat-up, with the fragile arrows upside-down, etc. There weren’t even box numbers or my name on anything – and so I didn’t get all my stuff (though they did give me a TV that wasn’t mine, which I had them take back – but it isn’t going to do its owner any good, since the screen was smashed in). And needless to say, several things of mine that I did get were broken. All in all, $900 of my possessions were lost or broken, and the “insurance policy” that they claimed to have offered me a total of less than $150 to compensate for everything they had lost or broken.

So I paid $6,670 for a job with a guaranteed price of $2,970 and the worst moving experience of my life – these people intentionally underquote to lure people in, and then hold your belongs hostage as they extort you for way more than you’d ever pay for any other mover. I have reached out to the district attorney’s offices of my old and new home to see if there’s any way to criminally prosecute these people for fraud, or at least put them out of business.

P.S. If you look at their online reviews you’ll see other people with similar experiences – but you’ll also see many good reviews – which I’m pretty sure are fake reviews they’ve done on themselves.
