From start to finish, they were efficient and professional. James, along with Eric, started work immediately and were not at all unprepared as they came with full equipment - dollies, blankets, tape and all the other things needed for the job. I initially thought about moving myself to save some money but my partner decided to convince me otherwise. Honestly, if it weren't for the elevated moving experts, I would probably be recovering from a back injury. Their prices were affordable and the movers were really nice people. I will definitely call them next time.

Mason led a team of three to move my 2 bedroom flat and I am so happy with how everything went so smoothly. This was my first experience hiring professional movers and Mason made everything so easy with his crystal clear communication and constant updates. Despite the stairs in my new place, the team never stopped and they completed the move in less than four hours. All the movers wrapped and secured the furniture before loading it and everything was delivered without any damage. I was really impressed with their work ethic and professionalism.

They clearly communicated the costs and expectations before the day of the move and it was very helpful in our planning. On the day of the move a mover had an emergency but the office immediately notified us and changed the price to the new rate. The entire moving process was so easy and took much less time than we expected. When we checked the final bill, everything was clear and it was exactly what we were told. We stayed within budget, met the deadline and enjoyed the process without any stress. Definitely recommend!

Christopher was very easy to coordinate with and the moving day was more successful than I had expected. If you can ask for Jonathan and his team, do so they, Louise, and Eric were very careful, prompt and nice. We had a few heavy boxes and two loft beds that needed to be taken apart and put back together and they did everything with great efficiency. Their charges seemed very reasonable, especially when compared to the high quality of service. I’ll be referring them to everyone I know.

We moved last weekend using the services of Elevated Moving Experts and I can truly say that I completely agree. My wife wasn't sure if hiring movers was a good idea because she had heard stories from friends, but the team that handled our move was very prompt, extremely efficient and very professional. They were very responsive to my messages prior to the move and gave me a very clear explanation of what would be involved in the moving process. Tim was in charge of the moving crew and he made up the team with three other people. They covered almost all of our furniture with blankets and plastic wrap, took great care of everything and even used a brand new truck. This time, unlike our previous moves, there was no damage. We were truly amazed at the level of their service and will definitely use them again.

Absolutely perfect moving experience. A team of three moved my one bedroom apartment, including packing, in just four and a half hours plus driving time. Not only were the movers friendly and respectful of my belongings, but they were also professional throughout their entire job. The owner, Dennis, did a FaceTime walkthrough before the move and quoted me a price that was several hundred dollars less than any other company I had contacted. He also accurately estimated the packing materials. I actually spent about $25 less than I expected. Incredible value. I am extremely happy with Elevated Moving Experts.

Christopher and the owner were amazing. It was clear from the start that they were experts in their craft. They took great care in packing my belongings, stowed the truck very securely and never once was they rushed or careless. They were friendly, patient, and I didn't even have to do any lifting. The entire move was in perfect condition. Truly one of the easiest moves I've ever experienced. I would definitely contact Elevated Moving Experts again. Highly recommended!

Dennis and his team were exceptionally professional and very careful, not only with each item, but with every detail. They packed and loaded everything with great care, which I have never experienced from movers before. They disassembled and reassembled my large furniture without any problems. The price was very reasonable considering the labor they provided. I truly believe that I would have suffered some damage as a result of the move, so contacting Elevated Moving Experts was the best choice. Thank you so much!

Wow, great communication and great detail work, five stars! My flatmate and I had a lot more stuff than we thought we would, but Christopher and Javier took care of everything calmly and with precision. They even double-wrapped some things that we thought were okay and checked every box to make sure it was tight before putting it in the truck. Their minimum three hour time actually turned out to be right for us and they never rushed or ignored our instructions. I have hired less expensive movers in the past, but none were this careful. I was truly impressed!
