From the very first person I spoke to at Element Moving to the last there were no surprises. What I mean by that is there are always those unexpected fees that weren't discussed and no one likes. However, with Element Moving there weren't any. The price they quoted me, in the beginning, was exactly the price I was charged at the end. Also, I hired six other guys to help me, for this was a big move. Those young guys started losing there steam around 1pm. Not so with the Element Moving guys. Those three guys kept their steady pace throughout the entire move. They completely loaded a 28 ft truck and unloaded it at the new home, placing furniture and items where I wanted, all within eight hours. I was really glad I hired them and would strongly recommend Element Moving to anyone looking to move. Thanks guys for making our move much easier.

Element moving did a great job with my move crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job moving my household.They were very careful packing things like grandfather clocks and china cabinets.Everything arrived on time and undamaged .Would definitely use Element again on my next move.It was a pleasure working with a team of professionals.From the estimater to the people in the office and the movers themselves everyone was very good at keeping me informed every step of the way during planning and the actual move .

The team that moved us from Plano Tx to Wichita Fa;;s TX were kind, courteous, and considerate. My spouse is a disabled Vet with a heart condition and they young men did their upmost to make sure he didn't do any lifting. That was no easy task as he is very head strong. Our apartment was packed and loaded in 3 hours. It took a little longer to unload. We were very pleased with the move. The foreman was very knowledgeable when it came to what we would need to hook up our dryer. He offered advice on what we would need to make it compatible with the electric outlet. All in all I was very glad I chose this company. It was nice to have someone come out and give us an idea of how much it would cost for the move. I think it is a good idea to get an estimate and that didn't cost a thing. Grate people and company.

I was very pleased with the guys that moved my girlfriends stuff. It was no easy task trying to navigate the tight corners of a small two bedroom apartment. They were fast, never stopping to take a break and they took all the right steps to making sure her oversized mirrors were wrapped and padded correctly! Unloading the truck of course went very smoothly and much quicker. They did an excellent job putting the mirror back on her dresser, coming ready with all the necessary tools. The group of guys that did our move very very friendly, even joking around with them a bit. Definitely recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again myself.

The service I received was excellent. All since I contact Element Moving Co. Joy the person that answer the phone was very understanding of my problem. I needed to move with a very short noticed. Other companies had turning me down. They were willing to work with my needs. 2-3 days notice and weekend moving. Also store my furniture and cleaning the place because I had just sold my house. I needed to take all the items I was not going to keep out of the house. Everything went well. The staff was very nice and took care of my stuff in a very professional manner. The staff members were excellent during the process of making a choice of movers and after I decided to pick them as the company to make the move. We had three gentlemen doing the after tornado move from our home to the moving POD. They knew how to pack and made a stressful situation less stressful. They managed the move with efficiency and timeless and they were done before I could take a next breath. They were great. They packed the boxes, brought the material, used their materials generously, moved the stuff, and arranged it in a way that we had plenty of space in the POD. The guys were courteous and professional.

I did some research and chose and set up an appointment with Element Moving to come to my house and give me an estimate for a big move across the country. I office from my home and was working when I realized they had not arrived for our appointment time. I checked my phone, saw that there was a message forty five minutes earlier, that said they were on their way. I returned the call only to be informed that they would no longer be coming, since they had scheduled another appointment, and I that I had not returned their call in time. What?
