Amazing Experience.

I have never used a moving company before and Element Moving made the process so easy. We used the groupon but if it is not available in the future, we will still use Element regardless of the price. Everything from the sale to the move itself was easy and everyone we talked to with the company were helpful and professional. Ryan and Roberto were polite, fun, very fast paced, and very careful with our belongings. It took them 3 hours to do what would have taken us at least 3 days. I will absolutely recommend Element Moving to anyone looking to move.

Element Moving and Storage.

Elle at Element was amazing, very professional. We had trouble dealing with the port/import company in Haifa and were charged more than expected. Elle maintained contact with the port/company and had the extensive and unexpected bill reduced immensely. She gave us great service and Element movers wrapped our items so that no damage was done during the long and extensive move overseas. If you ever need to move overseas, Element is the one to do it with!  .

Moving Experience.

First time I have used a moving company. From initially speaking to the sales representative to final delivery of goods, all went extremely well and professional. As far as the actual care of furniture, loading and unloading, and delivery, couldn't ask any better. As far as the men (Jorge,Mike and Eddy),they were fast, professional and knew what they were doing. This was my first experience with a moving company and they did a great job..Thanks..JFP.

Best Move.

Very smooth and fast move. Service was great from beginning to end. Movers were professional, quick, and conscientious , as well as flexible. I had a lot of items that I wanted moved to the dumpster and my crew had no problem helping me with that, and verifying throughout the process that the specific items were going to the right places. Would definitely use element moving and storage again, and recommend highly to others . Best moving company I have used .

Best movers! Very recommended!!

I can't say a single bad thing about Element. Outstanding!!
Element Moving and Storage has done three moves for me now. The first time, we didn't really know them at all. We only moved two miles, but they actually packed everything as if I were going cross country! I told them they could just throw it all in the back, but they didn't do that. We are major art collectors with very expensive art, and every single thing got transferred with no issues at all, even without crates (because it was only a couple miles)! Really I have NOTHING negative that I can say about them. That is why I hired them two more times for an office space of ours and a relative's apartment. When we move again soon, they will be the ones we call.

Professional / On Time.

The movers arrived on time and completed in allotted time. They did not mind doing a few items I had not been able to move on my own prior. They were courteous and professional and I would recommend them to others.

Use these guys.

They were on time!! Super fast and they took better care of my things than I would have if I had moved it myself. Very professional and nice. They made a really stressful day very easy. I am planning on calling them when I am ready to move again. Defiantly recommending these folks to everyone. Not a bad thing to say. THey did everything they said they were going to to. Called me before had told me what time they would be there. They called when they were almost there.

Long-distance move from Texas to Maine

Excellent Move!

This was my first cross-country move, and I had many fears that it would not go well based on the reviews I encountered in my research.  I was concerned that it would be close to a month before my things arrived in my new home or that items would arrive damaged.  Well, I need not have feared.  Element provided my family with a flawless move.  I discussed with them during the estimate phase that my primary concern was time to delivery.  I feared the 21 business day timeframe in the contract.  Sheila assured me that they would start looking at the boards early to determine the fastest way to get my load delivered, and she said they would target 10 business days for us.  Well, they even exceeded that!  They took our load from Dallas to Maine in 5 days!  To do this they contracted with a driver out of Boston (who was also excellent) and loaded our items directly on his truck.  The Element team did the loading and packing which was key in making sure everything arrived safely and damage-free.  Loading our things directly onto the driver's truck also meant that items were not repeatedly unloaded and reloaded.  I know this may not always be feasible, but for us it meant that we got our items fast and nothing was damaged or lost.  For this quality of service I would have expected Element's price to be higher than other companies, but to my great satisfactions, it was in line with my other estimates.  I could not be happier I chose them!

Long-distance move from Texas to Washington

High Hopes Demolished.

I chose Element from Angies list. They were a company located in the city I grew up in and from the first phone call I felt comfortable. When I booked and paid they told me they could pick up my stuff same day and could deliver within 5 days of pickup. 5 days would be a day earlier than when I was scheduled to move into my apartment, but I was willing to pay an extra day to get my stuff so quickly! I had already moved, so my mother was facilitating the pickup.  She said the people that loaded everything were very nice and professional and did a great job.
Fast forward 5 days. I haven't heard from Element. I called them and they told me the truck broke down in Colorado and was being fixed, so it might be delayed a week. Fine, it happens. A week later, nothing. I call, truck still broken down and they are looking for a truck to pick up my stuff. Finally I hear that my stuff was transported BACK to Texas and they were waiting for another truck to attempt to take my stuff to Washington.
Fast forward 20 days from date of pickup, meaning I have now paid for a month of rent for an apartment I can't live in. Truck arrives at my place to unload everything. My bed frame is damaged to the point that I can't put my bed on it, my crated mattress is ripped, one of my boxes of clothes looks like it was dropped in the road and driven over and thrown back into the truck, and the leg to my hope chest broke off.
I filed a claim. The claim process was normal. I don't think I had any legal ramifications, they delivered within their 21 day time frame and they offered me the amount of reimbursement based on the provided insurance. Just be warned that the amount awarded will not be sufficient enough to replace anything.
I'm still not sure if they used their trucks or if they brokered out my move, that might have been a course of legal action since it was advertised that they use their own fleet of truck, but I didn't dive into that research.
Ultimately I was just extremely disappointed. It's easy to make customers happy when everything goes right, but I feel like a company shows it's true customer service level when things go wrong and they have to fix things.  If the customer is still happy after a mess up then its a company worth using again and referring to your friends.  This is not one of those companies.

Great Choice - They Were Terrific.

I have previously done my research and relied upon "Best of .." for several devices . When it came to moving this past September, I again went to "Best of" and I called Element. Their Estimator was professional, timely and very reassuring. When moving day came the crew (4) arrived with two trucks and were fantastic. They all introduced themselves to me and were careful beyond explanation. If I had a question they were more than happy to answer and they worked "hard" the entire time. They got everything packed and made the first delivery to my new home and I had a second stop, in Keller where they moved my upright grand piano - without a problem. These guys did a great job at a great and fair price and I would highly recommend you consider using them.
