They politely answered every question I had, they took care of all of my belongings, and they were experts at maneuvering around both my old apartment and my new apartment.

They had personality for days.

They had personality for days. Usually, movers are either silent or grumpy. These gentlemen showed up with high energy and actual smiles. They were personable, cracked a few jokes to lighten the stress, and felt more like friends helping out than a random hired crew. Not to mention, I blinked and my living room was empty. I’m not kidding. They have a rhythm that is down to a science. But even though they were swift, it never felt rushed or chaotic.

These gentlemen were very proficient with their skills and were able to move my furniture without scratching walls, floors or railings. I had a ton of heavy furniture, including a solid oak dining table that weighs a ton, but they handled it effortlessly. They took extra care maneuvering it through my narrow hallway without leaving a single scuff mark. My fragile items, like my collection of ceramic figurines, were wrapped with layers of protective material. The movers took water breaks only when I insisted, and they never wasted a second. I recommend Cross Country Movers to EVERYONE I know!

Well organized

The movers arrived right on time and were very organized when they packed up all of my things. They were extra careful with anything that could break easily and made sure everything was packed securely in boxes. I was really surprised at how well they handled my antique wardrobe. They wrapped it in a thick, padded blanket and used a cart to move it carefully without scratching it or bumping it into the walls.

Since I was moving on a rainy day, I was worried that my boxes and furniture might get wet. With their waterproof coverings, the movers arrived and delicately handled everything. They took extra precautions to avoid damaging my new flooring and even laid down protective mats. They worked well and quickly despite the bad weather, preventing a tragic transition.

I had a great experience with this moving service. The movers were prompt, efficient, and very respectful of my belongings. They took the time to carefully wrap and protect everything, even my awkwardly shaped items. I appreciated their attention to detail, like using furniture dollies to protect my hardwood floors. They were also very patient and accommodating when I had a last-minute change of plans.

We used Cross Country Movers for our move. Our experience was easy and positive. The movers could not have been nicer and they showed up when expected. They also arrived at our drop off location a day early to accommodate our schedule. Very nice people and the administration office sent multiple emails with updates and information during the cross country drive. I would use them again.

I cannot recommend Cross Country Movers enough! We were in a panic to find movers because we were scammed by a previous company. I called and the manager was so reassuring and professional. They had movers out to our house the next day at an affordable rate. The movers were so nice and careful with our items. They worked hard and got our stuff to us even in the snow!
