Brilliance Removal.

Our move happened very quickly, we were still packing when Guill and Walter arrived.
They were wonderful, very careful with our stuff.
We moved from Hay Street to St Georges Terrace on a very busy Monday, the guys had to unpack on the street and push our stuff up a fairly steep hill and into our new offices.
They were great and even after finishing still asked if there was anything else that needed to be moved.
Fantastic service and wold highly recommend them.

Will Definitely Use Them Again.

Santos and Rodrigo from Brilliance Removals were excellent. They were on time, got the job done quickly and without damaging anything during the move. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s a relief to find reliable & efficient removalists. We wouldn’t use anyone else for our next move.

Fantastic service

Chris, Guimi and Lucas moved us from Salter Point to East Victoria Park on Easter Saturday. This was the best move we have ever done by far (and we have moved a lot around Australia over the years with some very mixed results!). The guys were very professional, protecting everything with packing blankets and wrapping the mattresses with plastic. They worked really hard all day and made two trips. There was nothing broken and no floors or walls marked at all. Payment at the end of the day was done through the web using their phone, and they charged exactly as per the quote, with no hidden extras. I would definitely recommend them as the best in the business. Thank you Brilliance Removalists!

The happy Removalists - these guys are great!

You know how good they are when they arrive dead on time.

These guys are so friendly and happy. The moving job was more than they expected but not a peep they just wanted to do the work. We did speak to the boss at the office and agreed on a new rate which was absolutely fine.

Moving from Clarkson to Bussellton so we knew it was going to be a long day.

Rodrigo and Edgard (the movers) stacked everything so well in the truck. With so much care and never stopped working whilst still smiling.

We loved these guys. So professional, so wanting to do the job right it made the potential stressful moving day so much more pleasurable.

I can't recommend these guys enough. They were excellent.

I would never go to anyone else for a moving job.

Excellent move!

If you are moving get these guys to do your move! I had a tight 24 hour window to move, including my teaching room(I am an English Lit teacher) which is full of books - thank you Rodrigo. He packed and unpacked all my teaching materials in exactly the same place so I could teach again the next morning! Huge job. So professionally done. Luiz, the team leader, Alexandre, Edgar and Igor - the five men did the whole move in one day - and we even had fun along the way. My move to Bushmead

I booked Brilliance Removals for our move to our new house in Bushmead. The guys arrived before time and started the job immediately. They were courteous, Well mannered and extremely Happy. Our furniture was wrapped, packed and unwrapped in our new home. They treated our belongings very carefully, and were always very polite. I cannot give enough praise to the 3 gentlemen who did our move. Such friendly People. They were extremely respectful, and their cheerful banter was Lovely to hear. I was amazed by How Well they moved heavy objects with seemingly no effort. I would recommend Brilliance Removals to anyone wanting a job Well done, with Great efficiency. Denmark move.

I used Brilliance Removals today to move my possessions out of my storage unit in cockburn to Denmark WA, they were punctual, polite, friendly and very careful with my items, i was also notified when they were 1 hour away. I was recommended by a friend who used them for his move and was so impressed he won't use anyone else. I highly recommend these guys for a stress free move, thankyou so much, keep up the great work!

Long-distance move from Western Australia to New South Wales

Worst move I have ever completed.

We engaged Brilliance to move us from WA to NSW. They showed up a day early and late in the afternoon. They insisted to start that day even though they were staying the night. After my wife gave them a walk through and asked them what not to pack and what to pack (they couldn't speak English) they then packed the easiest items first and half of which weren't meant to go in the truck. As the container got half full, they got tired as it was 8pm they just started throwing things in. our stuff arrived broken and damaged, we were also put in the position of leaving things behind because they didn't pack well enough and took wrong things. They did things like packed cords for the Xbox but left the Xbox, they left the microwave and outdoor setting because it was harder to pack. They had no plans of attempting of filling the container up from the start, we boxed everything and that's all they touched was boxes and square things. They packed a Mower upside down so it leaked oil all over our stuff.

After all this they then held our stuff for ransom for another $2000.00. And now the insurance I paid for their poor packing is still dragging out months later. I hope no one else goes through the hell we have been through.

Please beware this company it is not professional at all!

Hi Breet, Thanks for the feedback. I have been trying to make you understand that the containers has only 37 metres cubic and we can load on the container around 33 metres cubic due to another 4 metres is for blankets , bubble warp ( pack protection). When you send email to get the quotation you clearly said on the email that you have 20 metres cubic. We load 33 metres cubic on the container, so full container. You had over 13 metres which was not quoted because you did not say the right volume. That's why we charge extra $2000 to cover the extra 13 metres. We left in your garage 1 little fridge, 1 exercise bike 1 mop and around 1 T- T-chest box with bits and pieces. I have pictures showing that. When you say that the container was half full it's not right. I have the picture with the full container load. Yes, we damaged your MDF TV stand, which is hard to transport due to fragility and also 3 boxes that got oleo leak from your mowing machine. I do understand that the removalist did not pack on the right angle, but he could not see that there was oleo inside the motor. It is customer's responsibility to take out the petrol or oleo from the engine. In regards to insurance, we made the claim and the insurance is still on the investigation process. It takes a little longer because you overestimate the prices of the contents and the accessor has to do some more investaigation.

Professional service and team from start to finish!

These guys were amazing! I was reluctant to call them as I hadn’t heard of them before but they had great reviews in comparison to the other “well advertised/branded” companies.

Eddie told me their aim was to exceed our expectations! I thought at the time , now that’s a huge statement to make!

Paul organised dates and coordinated everything from our cars, dogs, boxes and was prompt in responding to any queries or requests (including extra boxes for packing to be delivered to us).

The boys who packed our kitchen were efficient and careful of our breakable items.

The team arrive on time on the day and worked so hard in Perth’s heat to move over 200 boxes and furniture etc. into the containers. They were respectful, polite, hard working and careful. A great synergy of people who obviously enjoy their work and each other’s company. Thank you Guill , Eddie, Paul and the Perth team at Brilliance for your hard work, and for looking after our life’s possessions ! You definitely exceeded our expectations!

The guys were fantastic, friendly and energetic. Can't say enough good things. Worked 10 hours non-stop moving heavy furniture to new property where access was difficult. Highly recommend Brilliance Removalists.

A month late, no communication, damaged items

My things arrived over a month late. They literally called when they arrived outside. No call to say what time. They over billed us. Charged us for 20m3 but I saw how they rammed everything in down to around 10m3. They damaged our antique buffet.
