The movers greeted us with smiles, were very friendly, courteous, respectful and trustworthy. We felt confident we choose the right moving company from the moment we spoke with Allison from the sales department that gave us an all-inclusive quote. She always reassured us that everything would be okay since we were quite worried about our belongings since some are fragile and some are high end electronics. Just want to say thank you for taking good care of our belongings.

I had to relocate from Florida to Nevada; and that was very stressful and expensive. I started looking online at several different moving companies but trusting them with everything that I own was difficult; but then my friend suggested, Axis Van Lines. The moving price was only $2,850, which is way cheaper than any other company that I contacted. It was simply Amazing. They were quick but very careful with all my belongings. The workers were very polite; everything arrived on time and was placed exactly how I wanted in my new place without any problems. Take it from me; someone who was pretty nervous about moving, Axis Van Lines is the best. I would never consider any other company for a move again.

Moving into my first rented property as a student was a big step in my life. Axis Van Lines certainly made the process much more agreeable. I had several mirrors and wooden furniture which I had been anxious about transporting a long distance, but with Axis Van Lines I was confident in their safe delivery. Timely and stress-free, none of my items were damaged and all for a very agreeable price in comparison to competing services. I would certainly recommend this service especially if you are seeking a low cost. (And honestly, who isn't)

Excellent!!!! They packed everything in their truck with extra padding and they moved me into my new home.... They wanted to make sure, as a customer that they were exceeding my expectations, and they definitely did!!! They worked very hard to move me, yet they still joked and had fun with me.... I highly recommend this moving company!!! Tips go a long way, and while you don t have to tip, these 3 men deserved a tip.... if I ever move again, I will only use this company!!!

Axis Van Lines team worked their hearts out. Showed up right on time and got right to work. They had to move 4 large and very heavy vertical drawing file cabinets (about half full) and numerous smaller (but still very heavy) flat drawing file cabinets (about 1/2 to 3/4 full). They really needed one additional mover so I had to assist them quite a bit. I didn’t mind though because they had great attitudes and were a pleasure to work with. My hats off to them for this accomplishment. Many thanks gentlemen!

I would like to say the Move from this Company was above and beyond our expectations. They moved us from Georgia to Missouri during a hectic time in our lives. They were professional and we’ve move several times over the years but this move was over 30000 pounds. They were punctual and kept their word on pickup and delivery even during harsh weather conditions. The moved had a couple of issues with a desk/Tv missing and upon one call to the owner we were given a 2000.00 check which arrived 3 days later. Axis /Cleveland Tn really care about the customer and the entire team has our upmost respect. Thank you for making our moving experience an exceptional one.

I have had experience with about 30 movers between my moves and both of my daughter’s frequent moves for school and jobs. I can say that hands down this was the BEST experience I have ever had!!!!! The crews were by far the most careful, courteous, and efficient that I have ever seen. Owner of this company has a hands on approach to his work and it shows!!! You will absolutely be thrilled with the value and quality of their work. I wish I could say more as they are really the BEST I have ever had or seen!!!

Axis Van Lines team showed up at our house on time and ready to go. They were professional, kind and hard working. They were fast and very easy to deal with. They was very communicative from the moment I contacted them. The weather was horrible but these guys pushed through it all and got the move done quicker than I thought it would be done and it was done without any hassles or issues. Nothing broken or damaged, everything done perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about this company, I’m really thrilled and would use them again for sure. Highly recommend and definitely happy with this company.

Axis Van Lines came highly recommended to us through friends and we have happily passed along their contact info to others in need of a moving service. Axis Van Lines crews moved us twice over the span of a few months, as we transitioned into our new home. Each time, they were extremely professional and was available to answer any questions we had, which made all the difference for us. We felt very comfortable knowing that our belongings were in their hands. They were cautious when loading and unloading, respectful when in our home(s) and always focused on their task. Over the holidays, they even sent us a thoughtful card, which just made us love him even more; such a nice personal touch and a true gentleman. Axis Van Lines all the way!!!

My roommate and I had a great experience with Axis Van Lines. Our three-man team were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. They moved quickly while taking careful care with our furniture and things. Our oversized furniture and several flights of stairs didn’t phase them one bit. The price was as quoted, they arrived on time and finished in the expected window of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an in-state move and we would use again in the future.

I was moving things from my old residence to a new location down in South Carolina. The moving coordinator was very consistent with her callbacks and follow-ups. She was also very helpful in terms of providing information about the delivery date or any type of updates that were needed. Everything was great. Also the moving crew was great. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very professional in terms of how they move the objects and were careful with the fragile items. The process took about a week and a half at most and I was satisfied. It was a solid overall professional move.

Everything was great when we booked the move. Charles in sales was very responsive and walked us through the process. The moving van showed up at our home on time to pick up our belongings on time and packed them with care. We felt really good about our decision.

The problems began when we called Axis a few weeks later to get our items moving, as we had them place in storage temporarily while we found a home. I called the mover directly (Best Price Movers out of Chicago) and reached Mary. I gave her the move-in date and she said it would be up to 10 business days from the time we move in. Fine. I called her a few days later and she told us there was no truck and to call a few days later. I continually called her every few days but noticed each time it went to voicemail. It got so bad trying to reach Best Price that I called everyone at Axis looking for an answer. Nobody there was helpful in connecting me to Best Price. I asked my fiance to call right after I did and because his number was from a Chicago area code, she answered the call right away. So the mover responsible for our items was screening my calls. Wonderful. She sent an email to he and I that our truck would arrive in the next week. It was just outside the 14 day window but we were willing to overlook that to get our things.

I received a call on moving day from Moving Systems with a Las Vegas area code (?). It was the driver delivering our items. He informed us there was a 5-8pm delivery window which was fine. We called around 7:45pm as they still had not showed up. They told us they were still in another state doing a move. Fast forward, they arrived at 11:44pm on Friday night. The one lead mover was unapologetic and extremely rude to us right from the get go. When we asked to see inside the van to ensure our belongings were accounted for, he refused and said that we had to pay him the remainder of the deposit and then they would unload our items. We questioned this immediately but he was adamant that he would leave with our stuff if we didn't pay him the remainder of the money. Because we were paying him in cash, we asked if he would come inside our apartment lobby to keep it discreet. He laughed in our face and rolled his eyes at this request. The mover was extremely unclear about what to do about missing and damaged items. I asked him repeatedly what to do about missing boxes and he insisted I write it on a copy of the invoice. He then kept the invoice so I have no record of anything missing. There was no form to inventory this which is extremely shady and unprofessional. They were clearly tired and did not care at all about our stuff, or our apartment. There are scuff marks all over the floors and walls from their entrance and exit. Not a great start, but it gets worse.

Looking at our items from the outside once the movers left - all of the boxes but two were completely ripped open and exposed the insides. They looked totally beat up. I am not sure what happened, but we were missing 6 large moving boxes as we bought all uniform ones just for the move. We started to think that they went missing. However, we quickly figured out that those 6 boxes broke open in transit and the movers just haphazardly threw random parts and pieces into new boxes without packaging them appropriately (ie, bubble wrap, cloth, etc) or labeling the boxes. It took us forever to catalog what was missing.

Now, onto the stuff inside the boxes. I'll briefly mention that many items are missing, damaged or destroyed. However, that is not the worst of it. Items that were in those ripped open boxes somehow got wet somehow and subsequently, everything in them smelled like mildew. Many boxes had tree leaves and vegetation in them. Electronics were thrown into these boxes and were destroyed because they got wet. So many of our precious glass items were shattered due to being thrown in new boxes without care. Also notably, my front bike tire is bent to the point where it is parallel to the handlebars.

Worst of all: Our stuff was either stored in a warehouse with, or rode out to our new home with, a smoker's belongings. Every single thing we unpacked from the boxes smelled like smoke. We were up until 5am that night breaking down boxes to go to the recycling bin, and putting clothes in trash bags, just to avoid our place smelling like smoke. We spent the entire weekend laundering every piece of clothing we have. The smell permeated through our apartment for days and it sickens me at how much we had to throw away.

Bottom line: There are a lot of good reviews on this company, and I agree they are truthful. It is all about the mover that Axis hires. The one they hired for us was a bad apple and it ruined our moving experience. It was so bad that we have vowed to never use a moving service ever again.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3890

These guys worked super hard to get us moved out of our 6000 sq ft house. They were quick, agreeable, and polite. It wasn't until after they were finished that they shared their story with us... Wow!! I wouldn't use anyone else in town. One tip: we have a three week delay in housing so they had to put everything in storage - I wish I had used more blankets etc to cover my items.. They did use blankets and shrink wrap but they had to take their blankets back.. no fault of theirs just poor planning on my part...

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2689

Our truck was loaded May 26th, a day behind the original schedule date and late to arrive. Arrival date was supposed to be May 31. It is now July 13 and after many phone calls to Axis and Move On Moving, their local moving company we have not received our inventory. It was 700cu ft. We do not get call backs and continue the constant phone calls with no response. They expect full payment on arrival of our inventory and then we shall be reimbursed, supposedly at a later date. The frustration continues with absolutely nothing being accomplished since May 26.
