If you can, avoid this company at all costs.  We had to move our disabled daughter from Denver, Colorado to Louisville, KY.  We were given a quote over the phone and email for $1351.02 by "Jeff Gore" and was told this including taking apart her bed and packing/ loading the truck. My daughter packed the boxes herself.  The quote was for 39 boxes (we only used 11 boxes) and her furniture (one room studio stuff).  We had receive another quote from another company (wish I had gone with them) that was a little higher so I chose these guys.  BIG MISTAKE.  So, Daniel Contreras calls and says I have to do a deposit of $359.18 with my credit card and then when the driver comes to pick up the goods, I am to pay him a money order or cash (per the driver money order only) in the amount of $495.92 and then when he gets to Louisville, KY to drop off goods, have to pay him the other $495.92.  Well, they called to say they would pick up on Friday 5/29/2015 this was the "dispatch" people.  But then, the driver called to say on way 5/28/2015 and gave a 3 hour window for pick up..well he was THREE hours past the latest time on the 3 hours window to pick up the goods.  So, the agreement says up to 21 days however the driver says "will be a week at most".  So, 15 days later I call dispatch, leave message and no one calls back.  I wait until its been 17 days, call dispatch and no one calls back.  So then on day 18 since they picked up the stuff I get a call from "Tina" who says your goods will arrive on 6/16/2015.  So I am a little less irritated since someone finally called.  The driver calls to say goods will arrive between 8am and 11am on 6/16/2015, well finally at 12:47 pm we get a call (after calling driver ourselves) and are told that the goods won't arrive until between 5-7 pm instead.  So, at 6:20 pm, no goods..call driver, and am asked "what time zone you in?" I say eastern time zone (you have got to be kidding me, I cannot make this stuff up!) he then says the delivery won't be till like 9:30 pm or so..or I can bring tomorrow.  I say NO bring today, as we already arranged our schedules for today's delivery.  Finally arrives and won't take money order because it has to be postal money order not from my bank.  To top all this off, remember above the quotes?  Well on delivery day I get an email from "Tina" saying we owe $973.65 when goods arrive and has to be paid money order or cash so we have to scramble to get $973.65 in cash at 10 pm!   I spent the day arguing with Tina over the price change as I couldn't see how it would be so much more if we actually had 28 less boxes than in the actual quote via emails.  She told me that the "original quote was an estimate"  (an estimate off by FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS).    She apologized if I was "misled" by this Jeff Gore and referred me to the initial quote,  HOWEVER this quote can no longer be retrieved on email because when link is clicked, a pop up says "this order en route please call customer service" so I do call and get put on hold then disconnected FIVE times today.  I ask for Jeff Gore and of course he is there but won't come to the phone.  The lady on the phone is repeating out loud what I am saying to her so I know that is so whoever is in the room with her can know what I am saying. When she asks "what do you need him for" I say, tell him I need to talk to him because I am pi**ed off and need to discuss the reasoning with him.  Well, big surprise, no return call.  So stuff arrives at around 10 pm and brought into my house (my living room) finishing up at 1 am.   I should have been leary when the last 2 payments were to be cash or money order (postal money order) only.  Steer clear of this place if you can.  I cannot speak for their other offices but do not use the Colorado one!  .

I have had it with this company . I had stuff broken ,stolen and or lost.7 mnts later and still not seattled ,not looken forward to any more of this reveiw of my damages.my refrigator was so damage 3000.00 and they want to give me 60 per a piece.crazy .some one cut the cords all of them off my refrig ator .china cabnets gone tv  dressers all my stuff was damaged missing .this company deserves no stars .kitchen table marble was chiped up,firer place tv stand tore up .
