We had no idea but moving is much more work than you anticipate even hiring a long distance mover. The preparation that was involved in this move was extensive. We walked room by room listing off each item that was to be shifts as well as mentioning any item that needed special packing or crating. As well they reached out to a third-party auto transport so we were able to have her vehicles picked up and moved the same day as our household. They are a company that puts the customer first and will always find a way to be cost-effective as well as courteous and professional. Highly recommended company at affordable pricing is what everybody is looking for and I would suggest anybody looking to give a call.

All states moving was the only company that was willing to narrow me explain to us the moving process but always answer any question and even go line by line in the paperwork we were signing off of when the time came to reserve the move. You guys verified who you were in government sites and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You showed us all your licensing information and all your credentials so we would feel comfortable moving forward. The work that was done space for itself you guys are as good as it gets. You wrapped all the Furniture and blanket wrap and shrink wrapped other items and even created something for us. You guys showed up to work and you guys banged it out. So much planning goes into a move that we had no idea even happened behind the scenes so we give you all the credit in the world for Hendling things on your end and doing a marvelous job inside our home.

They were about the second or third company we spoke to so we had already had a good idea how the process works. From there the sales representative took over and we followed his lead. By the time we got to the final estimate we were getting the best rate on top of the best estimate. They helped us out with several discounts and complementary items saving as much money as we could for the holiday season. We got a delivery a few days before Thanksgiving so we’re still able to entertain for the holidays and I’m not sure that would’ve happened with any other company so thanks again you guys did a great.

Allstate moving kind of took us by surprise. We had our mover we thought would be the one we would use the ones we spoke to all states everything changed we found love with their company and everybody who work there. Most importantly they were willing to price match and be the best price that we had provided that the company was Reputable of all they gave us the original price. They show up on time they return calls on time and anytime we needed to talk to somebody somebody was always available and that’s what this is all about. Since we close we recommended them to all of our family and friends during Thanksgiving and I’m sure some of them will be giving a call so just giving a heads up. Thank you for all the hard work it will not be forgotten and if we do you need a mover in the future or you can bet you’ll be getting a call.

We were very surprised by the work that we got from all State moving. Where are used to move her once upon a time about over 10 years ago and all I remember was it was an absolute nightmare. Explain to them what had happened to us and they promised us that no matter what it’s her they would never have an experience even close to that again in their lives because they would walk us through it and if it any point we do not feel comfortable I would backtrack and we would do it again and they were true to their word and we respect them a lot. I was moving companies were just yes yes yes you on the phone but when it comes time for the final delivery yes yes yes turned in to pay pay pay or buy bye-bye. We did it the right way we followed them and they’re all their Every Suggestion and the truck was fully loaded our final bill was cheaper than the estimate we were quoted now if that’s not excellent moving I don’t know what it is. My only advice for those first timers is to make sure that you ask a lot of questions and if something doesn’t feel right it probably isn’t good luck happy holidays God bless.

Everybody that works for the company is very knowledgeable and they’re all willing to help all the time. We found our states moving online while researching another company actually. We were reading some feedback from previous clients and decided to give them a call personally to see what they have to offer. It turns out what they were offering was much better than we originally had planned to move forward with. Thank goodness we were able to speak to them in time and made the proper arrangements and have always moving handle our relocation. They were always available and never treated us like we were second-best we were always Priority when we called and we appreciate that. We also appreciate not being overcharged were charged at the last minute you guys are an outstanding company and if we ever did move again we would be making one call directly to you.

We have had a terrible experience with this company and strongly recommend avoiding them at all cost. The move took more than twice as long and cost more than twice as much as we were quoted on the phone. At each stage of the process the company demanded money that had to be paid in cash to continue with the move (which we had to pay to get our stuff back) and for two months we've been unsuccessfully trying to get a receipt so I can submit reimbursements but can't get a response.

I just accepted a job in New York working at a hospital during the pandemic and had to move on short notice. All States was the company I found with the best reviews that was able to move me fast. They had great pricing and the rep Anthony was very helpful in making the move an easy process. The movers were great and took good care of my furniture. Was quoted $6000 for a move from AZ to WA. Days before the move, quality assurance determined we were not quoted correctly and doubled the cost. Everything was lined up with travel and we couldn't back out. I was promised I would get a refund for any space not used. The day of pick up the movers said they couldn't fit it all in and the price would double again, to $24,000!! This move was supposed to have covered a 3 bedroom home. What arrived at the destination barely filled a studio. No one is answering the phone. The only way to talk to a live person is to request sales. I finally got ahold of customer service after a month and was told I would have to talk to the claims department. I filled out my claim form and submitted and 5 weeks later I still haven't heard from them. I was never given a number or any contact information for the claims department.
