Recommend.

Overall a good job. There was a bit of a delay in the delivery of my car to Houston because of weather and traffic. Otherwise the move went well and All Pro met my expectations and there were no additional costs over and above the original estimate.

Good Overall but took longer than expected.

All Pro arrived on time. The only issue is only 2 guys showed up when I was expecting 4. The move took longer than I expected as a result. The manager apologized and offered me $200 off the move as compensation which I really appreciated. I plan to recommend these guys to my friends and family that have moved planned this summer.

No issues with long distance move.

The move went well. The team came prepared and were very experienced with long-distance moves and it showed. They also shipped our car for us at a reasonable cost. The one minor issue we had is the delivery of our things was a few hours late because of inclement weather on the route but All Pro kept us informed so there were no surprises.

We are happy with the way our move was handled by All Pro. They were easy to reach and very clear with how they developed their project plan for our move. They took great care with packing and moving our things and we felt in good hands. The cost was reasonable.

Great Job!!

They were informative and helpful every step of the way. Pricing was reasonable. The two guys arrived on time to pick up my stuff and from the moment they pulled into my parking lot, and left, was a total of two hours. I am a satisfied customer and I highly recommend All Pro Moving Group.

Absolutely recommed!!

These guys are a cut above the rest. Prompt, on time. Courteous and polite. We were in a 2 story condo which is all stairs, and all our furniture is solid wood, brutally heavy. Never complained. I had to tell the movers to take breaks. I've recommended them to friends and everyone has had a great experience.

Would not recommend.

I contracted this company on October 21st 2019. I worked with a customer rep named Darren for approximately two weeks before the contract was made. He was great. He took the time to get my inventory as accurate as possible. I even called him with a few updates as time went on and he adjusted the price accordingly either up or down. Approximately one week before the move in December, I called only to find out his phone number was no longer in service and his emails were returned to me as undeliverable. When I called the customer service number I talked to Sharon and asked about Darin. She said he was not there but she would be more than happy to help. I come to realize that Darin was nothing more than a third party rep. They just are there to get people to sign up & contracts with all pro. Once the contract is signed you will not be able to get a hold of them once the moving date is close. Although the contract does state that they operate as a broker operator. Do not believe this! They are strictly a broker. I only signed on with them because Darin told me that it would be their own truck and crew that would make the move. Shame on me for believing that. Two days prior to the move a gentleman named Bill did call me to verify the inventory . It was spot on. I told him there may be one more box but that would be it and even gave him the measurements of the box. He said it would be no big deal I am still under the cubic foot. Well when the moving truck showed up the name of the company was s&m relo. The two gentlemen did their job as promised. Before they loaded the truck they called their boss Steve at s&m relo. Their boss told them immediately I need to be charged for an extra 157 cubic feet. Which in turn was about 600 some odd dollars. He knew he had us because we had to be out of the apartment that day. I called Sharon and she was very pleasant and told me I was in control that I did not have to use them at that point. Well at that point we were stuck. We ended up paying it. That was on December 17th of 2019. When the first week of January of 2020 hit nobody could tell us where our stuff was. Numerous phone calls to all pro and s&m reload proved frivolous. My last call on January 6th 2020 was with Jake at approximately 4:30. He told me he would call me back in about an hour or so. to this day I am still waiting for that phone call! On January 9th I was told by s&m relo that my shipment was on the way from Florida. To my surprised 7 hours later I received a phone call from the truck driver saying he would be there on the 10th. So obviously nobody knew anything about the load. January 10th came and the driver did show up. The load was stuffed into the truck with plenty of damage, approximately $4,000 worth of damage. Yes we took pictures and marked the paperwork accordingly. On January 13th I informed Shannon of all the damage. She was sympathetic and told me I have to contact s&m relo c since they are responsible. S&m relo c contracted the delivery out to Dimbus trucking. Now there are three people involved instead of one. Needless to say filing a claim was a nightmare. After 9 months of filing paperwork we were finally offered a final offer of $106. Far short of even the $0.60 per pound per article. Obviously this is not all of all pros fault. My point is this . Save yourself aggravation. Do not use this broker or any other broker to make your move you will not save any money compared to allied moving, or any other reputable moving company. You can even just rent a truck and hire a few day laborers to load and unload. It is almost a year later and the nightmare is finally coming to a close. Hell, it would even be easier to just sell your stuff or throw it out and buy new when you get to your new destination.

Nightmarish.

My partner and I thought we would make our move from NM to VT effortless hiring All Pro. NOT. $8,000.00 and 80 days later, we finally received our belongings. We were kept in the dark the whole time, long waits on the phone, I'll never listen to Grieg's Peer Gynt ever again, numerous representatives and promises, and generally unsympathetic responses. NEVER AGAIN. SAD.
