How can that be avoided?<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Buying a home, whether for the first time or not, always gives us a buzz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many choices have to be made and finding the best place is not so easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are so many details that have to be considered, contacts to be made, and money to be spent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buying a home is challenging, as it requires not only financial resources, but it can challenge your emotions as you are not buying just a property, but a place you will soon call home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So this time I interviewed Katriel Calderon, a real estate broker at&nbsp;Nest Seekers to give some home-buying tips. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is what he shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"0-1-how-should-you-decide-whether-the-potential-home-is-the-dream-home-actually\">1. How should you decide whether the potential home is the dream home actually?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of my clients end up making their purchase when I ask them a time-tested question &#8220;Would you sell this home in the next 3 years?&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Often times homeowners will buy with a bias; a price bias.
